manager/staff front desk were very friendly and helpful

close to hospital which meant lots of sirens -- but all in all not too bad

It was so easy to get to from Euston station and then very close to all the main attractions via tube.The staff were very helpful and friendly .The room we had was a good size with comfy beds and the breakfast was decent.The price was very good, I would definitely stay here again.

The heating came on during the night & we could not turn it off. It was uncomfortably hot

Location, walking distance to Paddington. Clean, comfortable family rooms for my daughter, son in law and grand sons. Continental breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room. Iron and fridge in daughter's family room. Helpful staff

The staff were very helpful with information about buses and travel in london.they were also very pleasant and freindly. They put our luggage behind reception and we collected it just before our train was due in the afternoon. The room was clean.

The bathroom was very small,but also clean. Disappointed with the breakfast, thought there was an option for a cooked breakfast but only found continental style.

From the moment I arrived I was really well treated - and even asked if I was a 'city girl' or a 'country girl' to ascertain which room would best suit me in terms of being away from the front main street side, to avoid noise. The room, albeit small, had everything I needed and all was perfectly clean. It was a real pleasure to stay there on business and I'd choose it again! Thank you

Very central - well priced. Breakfast included. Just what we needed - well mostly

The bathroom was far too small for 2 people never mind 4! You could barely turn around!

Excellent location, ability to leave car outside the hotel was a major reason for choosing this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good value for money.

The bathroom in our room was very small, fine for us but a larger person would struggle to move around.

Faulty plug sockets so lost use of kettle tv and hair dryer and staff were initially unhelpful about this but sorted out once service manager came on duty Rooms are very small and step from bedroom to shower room is dangerous

Excellent friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is well located, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. Just the job!

The location was quiet and away from a lot of noise, the staff were friendly and th location was good for shopping.

Just that the room was a little small but adequate for one night, would have liked to have been able to eat at the hotel in the evening.
