This is a comfortable hotel, well located with quite big rooms. Furthermore, room service is fast and food quality is good. Breakfast is excellent. Internet has never worked ! Hotel staff promised at 05:00PM that "they are investigating the issue, shouldn't take more than 1hour" but the morning after, Internet was still not working. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We had a lovely dinner in the brasserie. Staff there as well as in reception were very professional, friendly and helpful. It is within striking distance of London and the Cotswolds. Breakfast was worth the money. Music from a party or dance came through the window loud and clear - as if the window was wide open.Luckily that did not last too long. In the brasserie we were asked if we would like some water. Did not realise that we would be charged nearly 4 Pound for a small bottle. |

The staff were all good English speakers & very helpful The rooms overlooked the atrium bar, so had to keep curtains closed during the day for privacy |

Lovely staff - friendly, attentive and professional. Really nice place to stay, however we felt that breakfast should have been included in the price. |

Clean, well run, friendly staff. Ideal for soccer or rugby at Madejski Stadium. We went to both and had great weekend |

The room was very spacious, and beautifully organised. The interactive TV was a winner too! The staff were brilliant! The Menu in the restaurant/cafe was TOOOO expensive for the portion size, and the bath creaked a little. |

Friendly staff . Clean modern hotel. wonderful breakfast and freshly percolated coffee. unusual in UK hotels these days. Noisy air conditioning . similar to an airport hotel noise wise. |

The hotel is much the same as all other business hotels. However, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating which is a differentiator in choosing hotels. I chose this hotel becaise the Copthorne was full. The absence of any drawers and the layout of the wardrobe made it difficult to unpack for anyone staying for more than one night. |

Spent very little time there but seemed good. £15.75 is far too much to charge for a basic breakfast, I can get a decent full english for less than half that, they must surtely be losing custom? |
