The hotel never loses its appeal. It is very clean and tidy, looking as good as it did new. The design is well thought out providing space and comfort throughout. The staff are excellent, polite and very helpful. The food is good and the sports facilities are a welcome bonus. The hotels location in relation to the stadium enhances the appeal.

Nice design, natural light but not in the bedroom. Cleanliness. Not sure about bed itself. I booked for £123.60 for a twin bed, its included a vat. But they charged me £163.60 on my arrival & we had some disagreements before they has finally agreed to charged me £123.60. I was disappointed by this result and I felt its lack of respect. No subtitles on TV, was told its weak signal. Also had some wifi problems on my iPhone.

Location was excellent for watching a match at the stadium it was great being able to access the stadium easily and to have a drink after the match in a positive atmosphere. Room was great being able to see the fans entering the stadium complex. Nice size room. Didn't have a meal at the hotel as we wanted to see the town. Bus stop adjacent and park and ride som access to the town convienient. Buses didn't run in the evening though so had to use own vehicle or taxi.

I thought that the breakfast deal was a tad expensive. Over £12 for breakfast... Slightly more worthwhile if you go for a cooked breakfast but even so, not that cheap. £12:50 for a bowl of Kelloggs and a cup of coffee? Now you start to see my point. There should be a cheaper deal if you want a continental or cerial option.

Hotel was very nice & modern with a good pool and really easy access and parking which worked as I was travelling in a car with a trailer We did eat in the cafe on Saturday evening and the food as poor. An event was on in the hotel and the restaurant was full but that is no excuse for thrown together food at high prices.

The modern, clean environment of the hotel and the excellent facilities made it a very appealing place to stay. The family room size and cleanliness were particularly good. The top cover of the beds were slightly dirty but apart from that everything else was very clean.

We required a walk in shower and were given the best room ever; spacious, super king size bed, picture windows, settee. The en suite with a shower that had a fixed head and an adjustable head was excellent. Free WiFi also available although we didn't use it.

Lovely Hotel with good sized rooms, well appointed and clean with good facilities in the room. Pool was clean and gym was well equipped. Arrived on Saturday and could not get into hotel for nearly an hour due to fans coming out of football ground. Very intimidating and frustrating, we had not been told about this problem before booking. Waited nearly an hour for food in Le Cafe despite being the only clients on the Sunday Night. Drinks order was taken 4 times and still came out wrong. Noise from Drunk guests shouting and smoking outside window at 4 am on Sunday morning. Hotel apologetic.

The size of the family room was much bigger than expected, great for a family of 5. The choice of food available at breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very attentive making the visit more pleasureable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington. The children have already asked "can we stay there again?".
