The big selling point is the location of the hotel. Great Mayfair location and a good night's sleep. Overall - quite pleased with our overnight stay on Saturday 13th September. We were looking forward to a post-theatre drink in the Bar but the Lounge Bar to the left of Reception was packed with guests and no available seats - we therefore retired gracefully to our bedrooms. |

It would have been nice to be informed on check-in that refurbishment work would be taking place on the floor that we were staying on. Drilling & banging early on a Saturday morning was not good. |

Staff were friendly and efficient, and happily upgraded our double room to a suite without a word from us to prompt it -which was a nice bonus!! concierge recommendations for dinner were great too! |

Great rooms, very quiet. Good location. Difficult to pick up any bad points, but wi-fi was not free, and the service charge at the bar was a surprise when paying the bill. |
