Fantastic central location but in a quiet area. Excellent service and the room was very clean. Very comfortable queensize bed. The only minus was the sky tv. The channels were very limited to mainly sport and news... no music channel. But thats a minor issue. |

The Hotel was central to Undeground connections as well as the expanse of the shopping areas London has to offer. |

The room was nice, clean and quiet, the location was very good. The reception staff were too busy and youhad to wait in line to ask questions, etc. |

We often stay around the West End area for both business and pleasure reasons, this was our first visit to the Millennium. It was extremely comfotable and we will certainly be returning, it will be on our favourite list. |

The quite location in the stylish Mayfair, perfect for site seing, shopping and business (walking distance to two tube stations). Quite good size for a standard room and comfortable bedding. The bathroom needed some refreshing but it was clean and everything functionned well. I would have expected from a four stars hotel to have free internet connection for all rooms and not only for the club rooms. |

the location is perfect for the shops and any functions that you may be attending at other hotels on Park lane.staff were polite and quick service on check in. the room i was allocated was not the best....was verysmall and in need of refurbishment.have stayed many times at this hotel with other booking agents and have to say that this room was worst one for size and modernness. |

Nice proper hotel. Great helpful staff that you should be proud of. Small uncomfortable beds. Too soft. Do not like duvee's. Much prefer sheets. Very expensive breakfast. |

the staff were pleasant on arrival; location is wonderful; quiet also; rooms are appointed well & one enjoys room time. the lobby is a bit "cold" in atmosphere. |

I like the idea of that this package includes the extra excess to the Millennium club which guest can get to have complimentary tea, coffee, snacks..... The hotel rooms looks a bit old, may need some renovation |

We spent most of time outside but it was nice to come to to hotel to have rest and sleep. The room was clean. There was a european plug in the room which was just perfect so we did not have to ask for an adaptor. Location of the hotel is great, central London and easy access to everywhere. |

Upgraded to use of Executive Club lounge. Oliver in ECL was very friendly as was the young lady who checked us in! It was the weekend of the London Marathon but this did not impact on the service at all. |
