Millennium Hotel London Mayfair  

The reception staff were helpful on arrival, storing and promtly delivering our luggage when our room was ready. The room was pleasant enough for our purposes, a two night stay incuding theatre, museum and a meal at Le Gavroche which is located just around the corner. Our room had a good bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We chose this hotel on location and level of comfort and it did not dissapoint on either count.

The cost of the breakfast was high so we walked a street away and found food at half the cost. Any extras, I.E. bar tarrifs, are expensive but in Mayfair, London that is to be expected.

Excellent location in Mayfair with 5 minutes walking distance to Oxford street. And about 10 minutes walk to Hyde park. Awesome view on grosvinor square. Arabic tv channels were available.

Like most hotels in London room rate is a bit high.

It is so classic english victorian hotel to the very core of it. And they have big rooms. And they have super helpful so friendly staff.

It was very centrally located. Very clean. Efficient.

Our bathroom was abit small and could have done with abit of a refurbishment. Looked abit tatty.

1.Price of the club room as early booking. 2.Location: in a calm area opposite to a park, 10 minutes walk to Oxford St and same with Marble Arch. 3.Private Lounge Facility for Club room guests. 4.Size of the club room (42msq). 5.Arabic and cartoon TV Channels availability.

1.Staff, in general, is treating in a very rude way not as expected from a hotel brand like millennium. Rarely see them smiling, at least, except some individuals and receptionists. 2.Concierge: not all individuals of the concerge are skilled well to communicate with tourists. They treat in one way communication, argue, have no updated tourism information and sometimes provide inaccurate information. 3.House Keeping: not bad, some individuals are not familiar to provide service for guests have young children. 4.Furniture is old and required to be renewed. 5.Lifts sometimes get struggled. 6.Internet is expensive. 7.No ramps at the enterance and exit of the hotel for pushchairs usage.

The location was great for our needs, we were given a room with a view over Grosvenor Square which was really nice. Check in was speedy and all of the staff were very helpful. We would consider staying here again if we were able to get a good room rate.

High cost of upgrade from small room (standard) to decent room (superior) is no like . usd.65.00 For people in business, Internet service is additional usd. 40.00 The convenient location in the hearth of Mayfair blindfolds one when price comparison is being valuated.

This is a cosy hotel, close to Oxford street and Bond Street underground station, and within easy reach to theatres, and other London areas. The staff are very polite and helpful, and I especially liked the reception at check-in. When I needed additional tissues in my room, they provided it within minutes. It also has a cosy bar, and a nice restaurant. The Manager invites the guests for a drink on Wednesdays between 7 and 8pm, which unfortunately coinsides with the going out to theatre time. I have stayed before in this hotel, and like it. The decor and furniture are very nice.

If I have to say I did not like anything, it would be that the bath tub is very short, even for a short man like me, but the overhead shower compensates for this...and most of the time this is what we use!! The price of breakfast could be more affordable.

The hotel is very well located, close to every think but far enough from the noise and the caos of the main roads. I have enjoyed the lounge, whose employed are very professionals.

Such an hotel of this class should offer Wi Fi connection free. It should be considered almost a must, for an important hotel, to have at least a free point in the premise where it could be possible to be connected five minutes to check your own email. The minimum fare request was five pounds (for four hours in a one session!)
