Centrally located and excellent concierge service by Nick. Very friendly staff and service. Do to the passing away of my mother during our stay we had to cut short our trip by one night and no reimbursement was granted in these exceptional circumstances by the hotel. Not very commercially astute! We will send them an official complaint separately. |

The location was the reason I chose the |Millennium. I loved the easy access to places in Mayfair. The breakfast was very expensive: £21, and the dinink room lacked atmosphere. Also, in bar I ordered drinks and when bill came it included £8.00 for food: the food was peanuts, which I did not ask for nor want. |

The location is excellent and the staff are efficient. Would have preferred a double bed but booking.com only offered twin room as the cheapest option although the hotel charged the same for twin or double. |

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms were lovely and in keeping with the building. Location was excellent too. A good experience. |

It has a superb central location in the heart of London. We were given an upgrade to Junioe Suite on arrival so ended up with 2 huge rooms looking out on Grosvenor Sq. Conciege very helpful and reccommended a great Thai restaurant near between Bond St and Regents St/ Not happy that at a hotel of this quality you had to buy bottled water -£2.25ea for a small bottle. Drinks very expensive in the bar... but this is London |

the comfortable bed, the convenient location, professional attention of the staff. ludicrously expensive food and 12.5 % so called voluntary addition to bills slipped unobtrusively into the totals |

The studio rooms are good value. You get to use the Executive Lounge, which is a great facility. Also entitles you to free breakfast in the lounge. This was also of a good standard. |

Location was excellent, staff were helpful. Target was international business men, did not tailor to women, as bathroom toiletries was male oriented, also room service menu was limited. |

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk places and taxis late at night were always around. The rooms could have done with modernising, but other than that very good. |

The location The bath was to small, only a 1500mm bath not exactly luxury. The shower hose although powerful was fixed to low. Idea for someone 5ft 3" as I am 6ft 4" all was all a bit cramped. Some of the tiles had been recently grouted and the residue grout powder was not wiped of by the tiler. As least I hope it was grout and not scum as you could write your name in it. The room was large with a good size bed. Ideal location good for a short break. |
