The staff was friendly. The hotel looks so much prettier in Real lIfe then on the pictures. The area is really nice and with Nice resturants around. Close to Oxford street and other shopping. The standard was much better then I expected, and much better then other London hotels I stayed in earlier at same price range. The room was really big and nice. |

I like hotel staff, location and the Italian restaurant Very old furniture, noisy, I stayed for 2 nights and I changed my room because I couldn't sleep. and I couldn't sleep also, it was noisy. the Hair dryer was broken, I tried to use the many bar, the Chips was opened! I don't know why I have to pay more than 150 for a night for this hotel. |

I thought the room was very expensive, and to be honest i have stayed in better rooms for alot less money and the fact that breakfast was not included in the price i think is disgracfull!!!.The shower was not atall powerful, the air con was not working so i was very hot in the night, and when i spoke to the reception the next morning to complain they were not very helpful. I wont be staying here again |

The hotel is in an ideal location to visit the sights and for shopping. It is in a very quiet square and has a very relaxing bar to a late night drink. |

The Hotel position suited our early am appointment. Did not receive requested 6am early call, consequently started our day an hour late. At check-out concierge not very concerned although apologised. |

When we arrived it was lovely to walk in to a warm luxurious room on a very cold night. We immediately ordered our dinner to the room. it arrived promptly and was delicious. The website said the hotel was 2 mins walk from Knightsbridge station, it was about 25mins, Hyde park corner is closer but still about 10mins walk |

Pleasant and helpful staff (as I am disabled) and excellent room service Disabled access was around the back of the hotel and was not signposted. Therefore, initially difficult to find. |

Location is fantastic (few min. from Oxford Street), great Italian restaurant in the Hotel, spacey rooms, but a little bit shabby, cleanliness on a high level and hotel staff were ok No sound isolation-only thin windows and, considering the fact that we were there during winter holidays, they have to do something with heating. |

The location is excellent, right next to the Oxford street, to the silence of the Hyde Park, to the great pubs... So my husband had a good time in pubs while I was shopping!:) The staff was great, very helpful to arrange theatre tickets for us We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before, and were offered a free entrance to the exclusive lounge. But although we stayed longer this time, we could not use the lounge. At the reception we were told the price for the lounge, which was very expensive. Also our room was very cold, the heating could not be fixed even after our demand. |
