Hotelul este foarte ok, extrem de bine pozitionat iar camera a fost extrem de confortabila ( mare, curata etc.). Poate pretul este cam mare, dar am profitat de rezervari in avans si atunci am obtint un raport echitabil intre facilitatile oferite de hotel si pretul platit. Poate micul dejun ar trebi inclus in pretul camerei: este destul de scump separat. |

Pleasant and helpful staff (as I am disabled) and excellent room service Disabled access was around the back of the hotel and was not signposted. Therefore, initially difficult to find. |

Location is fantastic (few min. from Oxford Street), great Italian restaurant in the Hotel, spacey rooms, but a little bit shabby, cleanliness on a high level and hotel staff were ok No sound isolation-only thin windows and, considering the fact that we were there during winter holidays, they have to do something with heating. |

The location is excellent, right next to the Oxford street, to the silence of the Hyde Park, to the great pubs... So my husband had a good time in pubs while I was shopping!:) The staff was great, very helpful to arrange theatre tickets for us We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before, and were offered a free entrance to the exclusive lounge. But although we stayed longer this time, we could not use the lounge. At the reception we were told the price for the lounge, which was very expensive. Also our room was very cold, the heating could not be fixed even after our demand. |

It was near Oxford Street. The beds were hard yet with a huge dip in the middle, which I've never experienced in a hotel before. Pillows like pieces of rock and the cover really uncomfortable. Room was overheated with no way of cooling it. I had a fire alarm directly over my bed with a red light flashing in my eyes the whole night. Neither of us slept that night! The bathroom was tiny with an undersized, old bathtub suited neither for a bath nor a shower, since the sides sloped so much. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free. |

The hotel has a fantastic location, near to Oxford street and yet in a quiet area, near the US embassy. Rooms are of good size and bathroom is spacious. Hotel very clean and staff friendly and helpful. We will certainly return again. |
