We booked three rooms. On arrival it appeared that there is booking for one room only, though after 30 minutes discussion required number of the rooms was provided. We booked Delux rooms, which, based on information provided by booking.com, were 36 sq.m. In fact rooms were much smaller, the same size as regular rooms. |

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable We were put in an interconnecting roomand the doors weren't locked. We asked to move and were placed in the disabled room which didn't benefit from being recently decorated. It also did not have a view over Grosvenor Gardens but over the air conditioning at the back of the hotel. |

the location,the bed. There ere refurbishments going on both in the room next to ours and next to the kids'. The smell of paint was very unpleasant. If we had had to saty longer we would have asked for different rooms. Also we found it all to be rather expensive, mainly because there were no family rooms and so we had to book 2! |

I loved the location, the neighborhood, the manager Muhammad is amazing. Very helpful and kind staff. concierge was not always consistent with level of reviews. We had one with excellent reviews one with poor reviews. |

The staff where so friendly and helpful. They had all services and facilities on site and shopping is just down the road! |

Getting a completmentry upgrade to a delux room. The bed was massive and very comfortable Price of the brekfast, it was over priced for what it was. |
