Very positive, friendly and helpful staff

The staff were very helpful and accomodating especially the Hotel Manager 'Andre' who made our stay wonderful and relaxing; the Bar staff are great especially if you have had a long day of shopping , recomend a Cosmo !, great location,great food.

The location is excellent. I stayed several times over the past 6 years and like the hotel. The Concierge is very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and Avista is really a gourmet restaurant.

It is rather expensive unless you make the reservation a long time ahead.

Location was great for shopping on Regent St, Bond St and Oxford St...and also walking distance (or very short cab ride) to Soho for nightlife, but the hotel was located in a quiet oasis which made for a very restful stay.

The room, though comfortable and clean, was very outdated and worn. It did not match the modern reception and bar area.

The whole stay was a excellent, and the opportunity of an extended check out time due to my London Marathon participation was very helpfull.I will use the hotel for my future stays in London both business and pleasure.

The service was incredible. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was great - within easy walking distance of the shops on Bond street and Oxford street.

Our bathroom supplies weren't replenished so we ended up with no toilet paper or tissues on our last day

There was a muddle over the room booking when I arrived - 2 doubles instead of a double and a twin. Thank goodness for Jonas on the front desk who rearranged 2 doubles with minimum fuss and 2 free drinks. Good customer service. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Central location.

Great district, walk to Oxford/regent st, even with bags of shopping! Great eats all around. Hotel was very spacious. Club rooms were quite large with large bathrooms

Excellent location oposite American Embassy , Staff courteous and service very good.

Need to change mattress in room, we kept rolling into the middle all night, like sleeping in a hammock.

I was an early arrival and it took until 3 pm to be able to check-in and get a room when we all know that rooms are cleaned and available before that time. During that time, I would like to have used my room for working in.

The beds could be more comfortable, the mattresses were a bit soft.

Size of rooms are perfect. Location is excellent.

Our room was large and big space for every thing.location of hotel is excellent as it is 3 minutes walking to oxford st.and big shopping area and restaurants.Hotel is located opposite American and Canadian embassy in green square of Grosvenor.very quiet and calm.'Rooms are large as well bathroom

Truly brilliant stay. Excellent hotel, superb location and parking for 24 hours for £20 in the middle of London. Superb value for money.

Great service from check in to check out. Large room/bathroom. Close to most tourist attractions.

I booked on www.booking.com a standard room for me and my wife and a standard room for my three older female children and I booked wifi for both rooms. When I arrived the reception argued with me that this options is not possible. Only at 7 pm did we get the rooms that we expected. The pay-wifi sucked. The checking in ruined my mood the first day. I will think twice before using your web site again. If I do. I will cross check the reservation and call the hotel before arrival.

From about 7am in the morning the phone rang once every 10-15 minutes and then hung up. We were unable to sleep and it became get frustrating as we had our flights back to Australia and we were hoping to sleep before the trip

Rooms/corridors are tired and in need of renovation Housekeeping left dirty sheets and glasses in room
