Location was very good for my needs, the standard of services was also very good.

I like hotel staff, location and the Italian restaurant

Very old furniture, noisy, I stayed for 2 nights and I changed my room because I couldn't sleep. and I couldn't sleep also, it was noisy. the Hair dryer was broken, I tried to use the many bar, the Chips was opened! I don't know why I have to pay more than 150 for a night for this hotel.

I thought the room was very expensive, and to be honest i have stayed in better rooms for alot less money and the fact that breakfast was not included in the price i think is disgracfull!!!.The shower was not atall powerful, the air con was not working so i was very hot in the night, and when i spoke to the reception the next morning to complain they were not very helpful. I wont be staying here again

The hotel is in an ideal location to visit the sights and for shopping. It is in a very quiet square and has a very relaxing bar to a late night drink.

The Hotel position suited our early am appointment.

Did not receive requested 6am early call, consequently started our day an hour late. At check-out concierge not very concerned although apologised.

Disabled access was around the back of the hotel and was not signposted. Therefore, initially difficult to find.

Friendly, efficient human staff

Location and quietness of rooms impressive. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Rooms were not as well appointed as I would have liked.
