    Good food attitude and service of the receptionist concierge attitude and support who helped us with directions and held some luggage on the day of our departure until our transport was available Cleanliness and comfort of the room especially the beds

    The location and the size of the rooms were good. All facilities are close, tube station and bus stop are nearby.

    Very bad and slow service, staff are not helpfull and not friendly at all, nobody is attending to your call, service takes sometimes 12 hours to reach you, as a result I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

    the location

    the bed and pillows were too hard for me and the air conditioning didn't seem to work that well. we were awoken at 1.30a.m. to a fire alarm which everyone seemed to ignore.

    The room where I stayed was DARK. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. In fact I found it difficult to read. The light bulbs should be changed to brighter versions (energy saving bulbs). The towels need to be changed more regularly. It was only when we literally threw the towels on the floor of the bathroom that new sets were provided. The Internet provision needs to be up-graded. There should be free Internet at least in the lobby. On the whole I found the room a little disappointing. The hotel entrance, the lobby area & the facilities therein are all grand. The passage way to the rooms is posh. It's only when you get to the room you feel a bit let down.

    The staff were very friendly The Bugis St.Resturant was very good,the room was great for me and my wife and Grandson.The ocassion was my Grandson Birthday and we are Chelsea Supporters the hotel could not be in a better area,plus the museum's as well.

    Staff at check in very professional and courteous. I arrived early from Heathrow, and got room right away which was very much appreciated. Thank you

    Staff greeting travellers at door not accommodating at all. No manner or courtesy extended. I was told that as I was 2 hours early to wait over there. What a welcome. .

    Paid for an extra bed for our youngest - it was not set up on arrival and despite three further prompts was not set up at all! We were contacted at 11.30 p.m. and told that a bed was about to be brought up - my 7 year old had been asleep for some time by then! We were given the wrong keys on arrival and were told we would need to come down and change them as it would take 'quite a while' before a member of staff would be free to bring them up to us. When I went down I was told I could not have the replacement keys as I did not have i.d. (despite the fact I had the room card with me) - I was not told that would be required before I went down to reception. The stay was characterised by chaotic level of disorganisation. I would not use the hotel again

    Friendliness of the staff. Great breakfast. Very comfortable room. Very enjoyable stay

    Small constructive comment.....the beer selection in the bar was pretty poor. Could do with adding a few more brands.

    -Near to underground,bus station, super market & cafe. - I WAS GIVEN A VERY SMALL ROOM WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD ROOM.... -EASY YOU CAN REACH TO MAIN TOURIST AREA

    -No free internet -No spa , poor gym -poor room cleaning -give you a small room unless you complain they will shift you .

    The hotel upgraded our room when we arrived - a positive surprise. The room was very nice and clean and had a bathtub. Very fashionable hotel.

    The air condition did not cool the room.

    Free room upgrade after given a dirty room

    Having to pay for wifi.. Very poor. Waited far to long to check in, at least half an hour and then given a dirty room and having to line up again when i was only in london a very short time as it was
