Millennium Gloucester Hotel London  

One of the best things was the location very close to the Gloucester tube station that we used all the time. Our room was changed without any problem. It was very hot and even with the air conditioner on every time we came back in, it was very uncomfortable. Also, we had to go through many hallways to get to our room that was the last room on the fourth floor. We also liked the fact that there were many restaurants, cafes and coffee shops in the area. I would definately recommend the hotel.

The staff: friendly and efficient. The breakfast: good choice and quality. The location: very close to underground, walking distance to Hyde Park and Albert Hall, good selection of shops nearby.

Room service wasn't answering and bar stopped serving food at 10.30pm so had to leave hotel to find food in the evening. Extractor fan in bathroom was permanently on.

Linen is threadbare with holes and stains, the noise from people using the casino during the night was loud and a bit of bad language was common.

It is a very nice facility. The club levels and lounge are particularly nice. Our room was quite spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the underground station and very convenient for nearby attractions like Harrods and Hyde Park.

They need more help at the concierge station. Sometimes there was no one around to help, or if you called, no one answered.

Great service and very comfortable rooms. We were made to feel very welcome.

The hotel was right near the train station and it was easy to get around. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The choice at breakfast was really good and the food was really nice. We only stayed the one night, but were happy with our choice and would stay again.

The hotel is excellent in design/comfort/staff attitudes. The location is a short walk across road to gloucester road tube station which serves 3 lines and is ideal from heathrow. Would recommend hotel greatly.

Location was excellent for visiting Olympia exhibition centre, and generally nice area for eating out. Lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the staff were very accomodating they did make little mistakes - like not having tea bags in the room (which they rectified as soon as we called them) and messing up the order we put in for the morning paper. It was only minor, but a bit disorganised.

Consider it is not four stars hotel, is corect to say three stars hotel !

Location and close to tube station, lots of restaurants/bars around area, vicinity of museums and shops.

Room facing street with window single glazed! So woken in the night and very early with street noise- voices, delivery vans etc. Lots of airline crews staying in hotel so coaches with engines running outside our room at all hours.

Location and facilities.

Because I paid for my parents with a debit card with breakfast not included, the staff didn't even put in the room the available menu for breakfast. Very poor indeed.
