The stay was very disappointing. The first club room we were shown to was damp. We were moved to another room which was only slightly better. We were booked into the club room with executive lounge access which only had a kettle, tea and coffee. There were no refreshments, biscuits or snacks. What a total con! When I complained about this, the staff were unhelpful and quite simply couldn't care. The hotel requires total renovation and I will never stay in it again. Go not stay here unless u want to be disappointed!! Nothing!!!! A total dump.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 102 on the first floor and found the room in need of an update. The walls in certain parts of the room near the door and tv were black and had not been cleaned in quite a while, if at all. I shared the room with a friend and after he had taken a shower he tried to empty the the water out of the bath tub without success, as a result I was unable to have a shower before leaving the hotel. I reported all of the above to the duty manager when checking out, who expressed concern and said he would get someone to call me. As to date (3 days later) I have not received any contact from them.

I decided to take my wife to the hotel for her sixtieth birthday and having checked the web decided the Millenium was best suited to my purpose. Having stayed there I can say it was really good for comfort service and relaxed ambience, if I have the opportunity I will certainly stay there again. Can't think of anything I did not like about the hotel
