The location was ideal and the hotel provided everything I needed.
Big room, nice bar
The friendliness of the staff, the Executive room we stayed in was excellent, the location to the city centre was great, breakfast was excellent .As they say on BGT it,s a yes from me.
Location very central.
It's getting a bit rundown. I stayed here before and it was very good but unfortunately nothing appears to have been spent on it in the last 10 years.
Had to change rooms as first room overlooked fans from the kitchen and smelt like a burger van.
Great location and rooms have been upgraded since I was last there
Loved the view of George Square from our room
Our room was nice but could do with a wee lick of paint and modernisation.
Location is perfect, lovely hotel and staff.
small bathroom, and whole place has a slightly dated feel.
the room was large and the bed clean and comfortable
No double glazing or even secondarily glazing resulting in cold noisy room it was like sleeping on the pavement I could here every sound.
Free drinks voucher, location.
Great accommodation, free wifi
The location- premiers in theory centre really convenient.
the toilet had a damp patch on ceiling toilet roll holder fell of the wall bath was chipped & water in the bath took ages to drain away the curtains in the room were dusty on the top stains on the carpet the breakfast buffet was luke warm overall disappointed our room number was 344.
the check in
There was only a few minor things firstly the lifts are tiny & also in the morning they set an alarm obviously to so your up for you to check out at 11 played it twice in the space of 10 mins we didn't stay till 12 to see if that would continue through the hour as we were ready anyway but I could imagine that get really annoying if it played every five mins for that final hour. Like I say those these are only little moans.
Location was ideal as right next to the train station, it was city centre for clubs & pubs (as we were going to a gig at the hydro that night then going out after words) & good value for money.
Had to climb behind the To, between wires to open the curtains. Didn't notice hand towel in bathroom until day 2 as it was on a hook under the sink. Could barely reach the toilet roll holder.Despite a large empty wall +bathroom door, only 1 hook for towels /clothes in a squeezed corner.
As central as possible to be!Good size room.
I liked the view from the widow to the George Square
Shower head with low water pressure ! In room facilties are old.
Location is perfect
My only small moan I have is the breakfast food could be a little hotter
I liked the helpful staff and location of hotel would come again
I did not feel very good after the first night sleeping in the bed, the quality was poor.
Great location Romm with view over George Square - big plus Clean room Check out at 12
The staff member that checked us in didn't come across helpful.
Location was excellent here, very close to where we got our tour bus and next to the train station.
no bad experience everybody was very helpful
easy access to shops etc
View onto George square
the hotel is in the perfect location for a stay in the city. the staff were warm and friendly and i would recommend this hotel to all.
Had dinner in the restaurant and my partners salmon was full of bones and my tuna was over-cooked so very dry.
When we checked in the lady (Fiona) was very polite and dealt with our check in promptly. Room was very big and comfortable.
We were on the first floor (room 137) facing directly onto queen street station and the noise from tannoy announcements kept us awake. We'd definitely stay again though we'd request a higher floor or front facing room next time.
Location was great Room was a good size Friendly staff
