The doorman was very kind and service oriented. I stayed in a single room which was excellent. Especially the bathroom was a pleasant suprise complete with a bath. Opposite of the hotel were both a Star Bucks and the Tube station with a direct line to Heathrow. Kings rd is at walking distance to do some excellent shopping as well as Saatchi's Gallery and the Victoria and Albert Musuem (both free entrance |

Typical old style English hotel, staff very courteous and more than willing to accommodate you as much as possible. Position is extremely comfortable, right in front of the entrance to the Underground, thus making it easy to get around, also across the street from coffee shops, fast food places and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. First room given to us was small and smelled extremely bad of smoke. Had to ask for another which we had to wait for. Second room was better but not as clean as I was expecting, poor lighting and a bit cold. The windows faced into the back alley, perhaps a street side room would be more comfortable. Floor boards creak an all is audible from outside. |

Millennium Bailey's Hotel in South Kensington was everything I expected. It is a mid range hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were both comparitively large for a London hotel. It exuded historic charm and I would very difinately stay here again. There was no way to cool the room to a comfortable temparature as the windows were not operational and the A/C did not work well. |

The architecture and entrance to the hotel are stunning and the rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean.Housekeeping was very effecient and helpful Its proximity to the Picidilly line was great and easy to see the sights. Stepping into a deep bath to have a shower was not ideal. |

The room was massive compared to other London hotel rooms I've stayed in. So really good value for your money. Also, the breakfast was really good. Maybe the best thing (besides the size of the room) about the hotel was the location: 10 feet away from Gloucester Road tube station. The internet price was rather expensive, 8 pounds per hour, however, you could not save your non-used minutes to use again next day. So you had to use the whole hour at once. |

Perfect location right next to the Glouster Tube Station. It is an older hotel that has been re-done but it is nice. The staff was great and very helpful with suggestions. You could here your neighbors in the surrounding rooms |

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It's next to the underground and has plenty of things around it. The hotel is an old building but the rooms are clean and modern enough. The bathroom is a bit dated but still clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We reported it but it didn't seem to improve. We think it's a problem with the building as it is old and we were on the top floor. That was the only problem, everything else was great. |

The location is excellent especially being right at the tube station. The room was large by English standards and I would use the hotel for all future trips to London. The only complaint was that the floors are a bit squeaky. |
