Very good,

“Millennium Bailey's staff were friendly, helpful and curtious. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location of the hotel was wonderful as it was across the street from a tube station and many pubs and eating establishments around the area.”

Traditional London feel. Very nicely preserved and decorated reception, lounge and restaurant. Food was very good at the restaurant. Location was terrific. Wifi provided at no charge in the Lounge was very slow. We were a family of 5. You were not able to provide us with adjoining rooms.

Location of the hotel was excellent, staff was excellent. The room was very nice with a large bathroom. Our view, however, was a brick wall and as a result we received very little natural light in the room. The air conditioner was noisy, but since we spent very little time in the room these were not huge problems. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The room while kept neat and tidy was not cleaned thoroughly every day.

Bailey's is superior place with high quality and helpful staff. The club room I took was marvelous and was so spacious taking into account what London typically delivers. It was huge Victorian superior chic room - something what I admire. Another splendid hotel in Chelsea / Kensington.

Excellent location, across the street from tube gloucester road, easy access to everything. Rooms were clean and of good size. Don't have breakfast at hotel, there's plenty of places around less expensive.

Great location. Old fashioned hotel with good restaurant-bar. Room was large and comfortable. No fitness center on site, but guess have access to another Millennium Hotel nearby. Good value for the money.

The location to the underground is such a bonus. Arriving and leaving for Heathrow aiport was no issue what-so-ever. The effort that the floor manager, in the restaraunt, gave to my food allergies was exceptional. Kudos to him. I appreciated the fact that I could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast without any worries. A big thank you to him. I liked the fact that the kitchen has the foresight to be able to offer foods that accomodate people with food allergies/sensitivities. The room itself was very clean and spacious. It was quiet. The staircase is surely a beautiful asset to the hotel. The only thing I can think of is: when we arrived we had face cloths in our bathroom on day 1. When the room was cleaned they didn't replace the face cloths. This is such a minor issue I did not feel the need to say anything. I had however brought ones of my own so there really was no need to bring this to anyones attention. The reason for mentioning it here, is that, if this should happen to someone else who was not prepared, it may pose as an inconvienience.

I have stayed at Millennium Bailey's twice yearly for the last five years. The staff has always been terrific and the location is great. They could certainly upgrade their television equipment and choice of channels.

The lobby (not the rooms) and location of the hotel are very impressive. Dated, dated, dated. Our room was something I would expect from a countryside motel. Everything was old and not in a charming antique kind of way. The bathroom was very 1980's with with globs of caulk around the tiles. Housekeeping left the bathroom floor with several dark hairs laying about. Yuck! Housekeeping also tried to enter our room at 8:30am unannounced, thankfully we had the chain on the door! The TV keyboard remote was also very 1980's and awkward to use. Internet is only available at 8- pounds per hour!

This hotel is well located in a central part of London. It is within walking distance of the museums and Kensigton High Street shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities expected in a four star hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We would gladly use this hotel on our next trip to London.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The underground station is just across the street. The hotel restaurant was somewhat dissapointing and very noisy. The Lasange we ordered was very small and dry. This isnt a major drawback since several restaurants can be found close to the hotel.

Our 4-nights stay was just perfect! The only dissapointment was a bit small room, to be precise, it was quite normal, but much smaller than on the photos presented by hotel. Location, staff, underground station, Tesco supermarket, steak restaurant, Pharmacy - SUPER! And one more remark, it was a pleasant surprise that sightseening bus BIG BUS TOUR blue line's stop was just at the hotel's doorsteps:)

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was across the road from Gloucester Rd Tube station. The Staff were very helpful and all were really pleasant and polite to deal with. In general the Hotel had a lovely atmosphere and was in a grand old building. The hotel rooms have floor boards which need some maintenance and if the room above you were walking around it felt as though someone was in your room. Wi-Fi can on be accessed free in the foyer which isn't always convenient. Having said that I would still stay at this hotel again.

The location and the entrance hall!!!! Other than that a very poor stay and could have had better value staying at a premier inn for a better standard of maintenance. We had cracked loose bathroom tiles which stuck to your feet and lifted up. The hotel room was absolutely freezing we asked to be moved - we had paid extra £35 on arrival for an upgraded room!! We dread to think what the standard room would be like - although we think it was possibly the same room anyway so we would have got that room whatever! They said thy would move us in the evening upon return from day out if we were still not happy- we said very politely we were not happy now and that would not improve !! Obviously upon our return room still freezing the heater they put in room they had not turned on so cold run into bed as they expected we could not be bothered to move rooms at midnight.. Breakfast indelible only reimbursed tray charge even though we could prove we did not eat it - very expensive £18 per person breakfast and very envious to see the cafe opposite serving fabulous breakfasts for less than £8 per person. Doormen did not open doors and it was always like a last minute after thought/suprise to see you - this is not meant condescendingly but you are paying for a service wich you are not receiving so what is the point ! We will not stay here again - very disappointed. Plus stains/marks in curtains and carpets quite shabby - you can get better quality elsewhere. It seems that politeness and manners yet again get you nowhere if you shout and make a fuss you are dealt with far better. Unfortunately for me that is not my way. I did not leave the questionnaire with reception that I took the time to complete as I do not believe it would reach the addressee as it was not positive feedback. The hotel looks very grand from the exterior and reception but we found our room did not match this.
