E' in centro, vicinissimo alla metropolitana. il prezzo è economico per la categoria e per i prezzi di Londra. L'arredamento è in stile inglese antico.

Le stanze fumatori sono maleodoranti e non erano pulite (cassetti, moquette). Gli infissi esterni delle finestre sono marci. Al nostro arrivo le TV delle due stanze non funzionavano e solo dopo tre ore di attesa ne hanno riparata una, l'altra l'hanno lasciata com'era; la cassaforte elettronica della stanza era chiusa e per ottenere il reset ho dovuto aspettare dalle 9.00 alle 12.00.

Hotel staff was attentive, breakfast was good, and the location is very convenient (just in front of an underground station) for tourism or business.

The building of the hotel is rather old, and there may be some inconvenience due to the old structure of the building.

thr room, though not so big, was clean and adequate, airco worked well.

Although we arrived quite late, at approximately 9pm, the receptionist was welcoming and extremely helpful. Comfortable room, beds etc.

The bathroom was particularly small and would prefer a shower that was more controllable. Either very cold or extremely hot!

The beds were extremely comfortable and the location couldn't be better

Air-con not cold enough as i woke with the heat during the night

- very good location: pharmacy, tesco, Burger King, Post office, starbucks, tube station: all in view from hotel. Also: near Kensington Gardens (I enjoyed it to make jogging there in the morning)

- Yes: I could open the window only a little bit (10 cm), I think because of the pidgeons around. I would have appreciated to have a guide for the TV, because I think, I could have done more with it (it was a special TV) and I did not found out, how to hear MTV radio, e.g. The hotel stuff was partly a little bit "arrogant" (but not the nice lady I met at the reception the last day :-)
