1,We book a smoking room, when we arrived, they said they can only offer a non-smoking room on the first night, so we need to change at 2nd night.2, The room is small for 2 persons. 3, Sound resistant is bad. 4, the room on upper floor is very old and the glass shelf is full of dust. 5, someone left a letter to me before my arrival, so when we go to concierge to pick up, they can't find it and finally took more than 20 mins to find it out - an implication of messy. 6, the bell boy suggest us to take those private cab to the airport, however, the one he quote is 50% higher than the market price - sounds not honest. 7, definitely overcharge 8, bed & pillow is too soft |

Great location, great concierge Servicing of the room was bad. I think they have to re-train cleaning maids on how to service a room. |

Good location for Hyde Park, Knightsbridge. Check-in was efficient, good shower and quiet night's rest after a busy evening The room is very 'cosy' but for a few night's stay in central London, it is fine |

Convenient very good conceirge and staff, familar from previous stays On both occassiosn on this trip toilets worked poorly, maintenance couldnt remedy Busines office computers work poorly, rates high compaerd to other first class international hotels that do not try to make the internet a profit center. |

The best location for retail therapy. Even for your daily grocery at near by Waitrose! And staff were really helpfull. I definitely comback to Millennium Knightsbridge for my next trip to London. Keep hearing some other customers' door slamming. That was really hard, loud and annoying. And awful view from the window at 5th floor. I could only see the dirty back side of the next bldg. |

central, easy access to shops, sites and museums. rooms are actually smaller compared to the photos, it's ok for a short stay, shopping spree or for business trip. pleasant stay but it won't blow you away. |

I like to stay at Millennium is simply it closes to Harrods and Sloane street for shopping and eating. The staffs are just fair and not really very helpful and always need you to check with them regarding to the reservation rather they will call you to confirm. |
