hotel staff were friendly and made our stay feel special. we even received an upgrade and the free mini bar was a bonus on the executive rooms. The bathrooms and some furnishings are a little dated but for a one or two night stay it was perfect for the price. |

the hotel atmosphere was qite and conforting. room was nicely equiped and furnished. the idea of sopha bed was great and it is much better than extra bed availability. the room was not ready until 3:30 pm. Some of the front disk staff were not nice and they didn't till me about the free stuff in my booking backage; such as breakfast, mini-bar and internet access. |

Excellent location. You have to go back three times to finally get the room you had booked. Staff friendly but very slow and relaxed - never in a rush to help. The hotel is rather old and room equipment has stayed the same over the years. |

Very central for sights and theatre When we arrived they advised that they had double booked us and could not offer us the room we booked (i.e. double room, non smoking) We were offered a smokers, twin room which we declined and eventually given the room type we booked. therefore hotel not very well organised to overbook guests. |

I booked the evening before a 3 day stay on a non- refundable basis. The price offered execptional value for money, the all inclusive package included an executive room, free mini bar ( inc spirits, red & white wine and soft drinks) robes and continental breakfast. The location was exellent, close to the tube but a quiet location after hours, free internet and for those who may be impressed by such things -designer shopping. The reception staff were welcoming -helpful but busy. This hotel is perhaps not ideal for children but as ours are grown up this hotel provided exactly what we wanted at a price that seemed to good to be true(£112/night). Thanks to Tobias on reception and a lovely friendly door man who's name I forget. |

For a big hotel the lady on reception was amazing she knew our friends and even remembered us when we checked out, we where not just a number to her that alone would make us go back. We where also upgraded which was great as we have never had that happen to us before. Everyone was actually really helpful. The only thing was the bar shut at 11pm which fair enough your in London and i guess they think you are going out. Also i didn't pay for a breakfast as i thought it was a bit over priced. |

The receiption staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, we arrived early and whilst our room was not ready the receptionist promised to let me know when it was available as we were in the bar she also offered us free drinks whilst we waited, which was a nice surprise. The mini bar door attacked my finger ouch! |

It was perfectly located for where we had dinner plans and to go straight into the city the next day for shopping. Plus, Harrods for afternoon tea was great, as it is round the corner. |

Excellent Location I booked a non-smoking double room 2 months in advance. On day of arrival they only had a smoking double or non-smoking twin. However they did offer to put the beds togather. In the end went for smoking (Smelly) double and got a voucher for a glass of house wine. |

Very comfortable if rather small double (? Queen sized) bed. Room clean and well maintained. Very convenient location in Knightsbridge and close to Victoria Station for the Gatwick Express. Minibar price for a 500ml bottle of still water was £3.60 - only slightly less than the price of a mini bottle of spirits. |
