the location close to shopping and to high class level, and to brands boutique. they provide Arabic direction and food menu. the food is halaal Muslim can eat it. the hotel is not costly. staff are friendly and helpful. easy to plan to your trip by the help of the hotel staff. action is taken immediately once you request anything. the room is small and the bathroom isn’t as what Muslim require. I mean there is no set shower in the W.C

The only thing the hotel can offer is it is located in the very heart of the major shoppong district of the city. The rooms are small. Bed not comfortable with run-down mattresses.

We went for the location as we were attending the Royal Wedding. It was also fantastic for shopping, Sloane Street is a row of designer flagship stores, and the hotel is just a hop to Harrods one side and Harvey Nicks the other. The staff were very helpful, especially concierge who looked after our bags and hailed taxis willingly. We left the hotel very early on the wedding day, before they served breakfast, but it was'nt a problem as there is a Sainsburys opposite Harrods where we got plenty of croissants and fruit, as tea/coffee etc was available in the room. The rooms are looking a little tired, but the cost and the location more than make up for it.

Friendliness and positivity of the staff and its excellent location and proximity to Knightsbridge prime shopping areas and underground connections to bussiness districts made life easier Follow up and specialized cıstomer service. 1St night when I arrived by midnight the air conditioner was broken they immediately sent someone to fix it he was very very nice and ended up putting a noisy radiator to the room and the hotel could not find any solution on top they have failed to send a cleaning lady so I had to clean after the repair man. The next day they have not followed up with an apology which I thought was a flaw however the location was excellent I only used the hotel as a sleep over place so I stayed on

The location (Knightsbridge) was ideal. The quality of service was very good and the staff were all very friendly and professionals. The room was spacey enough, very clean, bright, with excellent view of the area. The room service was quick and reasonable priced. I enjoyed my staying very very much.

Location for a London city break was excellent. Easy access to tube, shops and museums. Restaurant and bar a bit too expensive even for coffee. Otherwise excellent. Could have more seating in reception area if you wanted to use your laptop etc you had to go into the lounge which put pressure on you to have a drink or coffee.

Great stores right next door. Underground and Harvey Nics a block up. Functional and fine for a short non-luxury stay. Paying for internet access. Not a fan of shower curtains. Rooms feel a tad old and raggedy.

I have read many bad reviews of this hotel and found them totally innaccurate. The room was spacious by European standards, the housekeeping excellent, the staff extremely attentive, the location ideal, the design above average, the lobby bar and restaurant a great amenity after a day of touring London...overall a great value! Internet charges are expensive.

The hotel location was great, right next to Harrods & Harvey Nicols if you are interested in shopping. I was disappointed with the hotel itself. The rooms were small and my mothers room heater didn't work, we went in December so her room was very very cold. The hotel had also recently fitted new TV's and the tv in my mothers room didn't work either. The heater in our room rattled all night so we had to turn it off. The breakfast was buffet style and sub standard, especially for a four star hotel & was not included in our booking which was a surprise, costing me £140 on top of the bill for 2 days beakfasts for 3 people.
