Läget. Gucci i huset och Harrods runt hörnet. Separata våningar för rökare. Rösten i hissen som upprepade, "Doors closing" Doors opening" "Going down" etc. |

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant - they room was ok The hotel was in need of some loving care - the corridors and doors on the bedroom levels were very 'tatty' and for the price we paid I was very disappointed in this. |

Hotel staff were friendly, I was concerned about early check-in but went very smoothly. hotel rooms were small, but if you travelling solo I'd recommend it. |

The Millennium Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Knightsbridge and all the sights of London - a minute walk from tube station and the shopping delights of Sloane Street/Harvey Nics/Harrods on your doorstep! The staff were very helpful and ensured we had a queen sized bed after requesting it and were very prompt with dealing with an issue about the airconditioning. They were professional, courteous and helped make our stay more enjoyable. The room is small, but cosy! |

Very comfortable room although a little small - wonderful location. No, the hotel was lovely. The only slight "gripe" we would have is that a request for additional milk for tea and coffee was acknowedged but never delivered. |

We thought the room was quite small compared to other hotels. We did not eat at the hotel, as many did'nt. The food was so expensive, over £25 each for breakfast (£50.00) for two. We ate in Covent Garden for a fraction of the cost. Would we stay there again, I think there are better hotels in London for the price. |

staff very helpfull, room was reasonable for the price a nice place to stay on a break in London. Could do with double glazing lots of traffic noise from sloane street,and the breakfast are over priced. |

I liked the accomodation as the bed was very conforable and the toile as well, blus I have enjoyed watching the TV as there were Arabic channel has given me a sense I am at home I did not like the heating system as the room in the morning is freezing but in the night we could not sleep from the heat and we have called the room service but they could not adjusted |

VERY POLITE STAFF .THE HOTEL HAD A CONCIERGE AND WAS CLOSE TO ALL BOOTIQUES AND SHOPPING MALL IN THE HEART OF ONE OF LONDONS BEST AREAS. THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE BIT SMALL AND HOTEL (ESPECIALY BATHROOM)COULD USE A REFRESHMENT . |

Location was second to none. Beside tube station. Beside Harrods. Beside Hyde Park. Very good value for money. Room was small. Room was for smokers despite asking for non smoking room. Pillows smelled of smoke ( not good ). Nowere to sit in Lobby. |

We liked that we were central to everything we wanted to visit (Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, Covent Gardens etc) and we were a minutes walk from a tube stop. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and presentable The only problem we had was one of the pillowcases was dirty (had dried blood on it) which we left a note for the cleaners. Also there was air con as the room was too hot but it was quite noisy to use. |

room, bahtroom and street with shops I left cash in Reception, but staff use my card (and messige from my bank wake up me at 6.00 moning the 1 of Januery). Next night was very noisy, 20 minut near my room souded bugler-alarm or signalizetion. It was terribly. |
