Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge    

Staff are very friendly and efficient. My room was perfect.. with every conceivable facility...yet also had great style with lots of charm and character. I had a gorgeous king size bed with a giant flat screen tv. With room service, eating in, was a convenient luxury.

Location superb. Staff efficient and friendly.

I wish it has a shower recess not having to climb into the bath to have shower. The room could be bigger.

The staff (especially the cleaning ladies) wasn't friendly and made too much noise in the corridor until late hours, also the rooms were not cleaned properly

location is just perfet - close to all the main areas and the tube station - airport Heathrow - direct with no change of lines

we had to call for room service for the daily cleaning of the room. (on 2 days) from the total 3 we spent. which is not what we usuallyface at other hotels. the daily routine is to have the morning cleaning.

They moved us to a different room when asked and reception staff were friendly

The rooms are a bit tatty and dusty, our room in particular had ripped carpet and was extremely dusty. I think this hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment to bring it up to date and I don't feel we got much value for money.

Location, ambience, simplicity of check in/check out process

We loved the location! The staff was helpful and friendly! Our bed was comfortable. The lobby design was good.

The lack of space in the room. House keeping was not up to par. The shower curtain was in need of replacement.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was allowed an early check in free of charge. Great Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Good shopping. Great base for sightseeing.

Great location if you want to be in the Knightsbridge area. Just outside the congestion charge zone.

Very small rooms. A little worn, needs investment to spruce up rooms and public areas.

Hotel did not have our booking on arrival at 6pm through you and kept us waiting more than an hour. Twice we asked to see the duty Manager who never contacted us during our 5 day stay. We booked a superior room but it was minute with nowhere for our luggage and very uncomfortable

Superb location & convenient for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. Staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the staff at breakfast - very well organised and attentive.

The room was a little 'tired' looking, not helped by the brown woodwork, also the bathroom was a little on the small side.

The rooms are compact despite we stayed in a superior room. The room was too warm and ventilation.

Nice hotel at a perfect location. Chelsea in a walking distance. Would go again definitely.

No iron in the room. The soap and the cleaning products leave a sticky feeling after every use. Get your own soap.

everything, the rooms were outdated and very small, the hotel smells and over all will never stay in it again.

The location and the club lounge

Everything was fine, yet the last moment before I checkout, I called from my room and asked for a taxi to the airport as I was in a hurry! After I got down and finalized my bill I went to the concierge and the taxi was not there it was getting late and I had to wait for 15 min for the next drive by taxi, I thought it was non professional and I was very worried for the flight !!

Staff, especially manager at night was super rude and unfriendly. We had to extend our trip by 2 nights, after speaking to someone during the day and confirming all, they would not let us in the room after we cam back from diner at 1am. The night manager was super rude and not friendly, we have stayed there and our personal belongings were still in the room. The manager would not allow us to go back in the room because he needed the credit card used for reservation. What do you do when your boyfriend who pad for all the stay and has called to confirm is not in the country. The manager handled the situation very badly was very arrogant. Will not stay there again for 250 pounds a night, I will go somewhere else even if I have to add another 100 pounds. Poor service and my first ROOm was, nothing was working from lights to tv....

- room is not very clean - room sometimes is hot and there is no AC during the Spring Time !!!

staff were not timely in terms of cleaning the room. the front desk was not helpful. I needed an iron and an iron board. I don'T think I have ever stayed in A hotel that didn'T have one in the room
