Good location. Spacious (for London) room. Comfortable bed.

1. Room size - rather small double room. 2. Price for valet parking on site is high - shoul be twice less!

Hotel needs a facelift particularly bathrooms

Position was excellent for shopping in Knightsbridge and easy to get a Taxi. Resturant staff were very helpful. Bar area very child friendly.

A very disorganised hotel at reception which was extremely disappointing. Expected high service and clean rooms. One room was ready at 4pm but the other room at 5pm was still not ready. This has happened now twice at this Hotel. When returning at 11pm, after our concert, the room had been given to someone else even though we had checked in and signed the forms. Not the best outcome for an elderly relative. The rooms smelled musty and unaired. Very disappointing.

Had to wait until 3pm for the room to be ready.

I like the location. But some the staff were not frindly the rooms are very small.

Good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. The restaurant food was good. Knightsbridge location (near Harrods and a very nice little family Italian restaurant we discovered around the corner).

Expensive pay-per-hour internet (it has been a while since I have stayed in a hotel that still charges for internet....even the cheap ones are usually free now). The windows are not double-glazed so I was woken up by every little noise out in the street (which was most of the night). The room was too warm (on the losest setting) and any attempt to use the air-conditioning just made it warmer. Shower curtain was too close to the bath so it stuck to me while showering....which I hate.

Very convenient, good service, nice hotel. Fantastic location for shopping in Harrods and Kings Road etc.

The room was nice but a bit tired.
