Friendly & helpful staff

Odor of cleaning products was suffocating. Had to run the air conditioner constantly just to breathe. Windows are sealed so no way to get any fresh air in the room. Location is not convenient for walking to restaurants, etc & no public transport links.

Excellent location and Facilities that includes car parking which is important to me.

Decor in bedrooms is starting to look tired.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious and comfortable room.

Just love the hotel.

Comfortable bed. Power points good location where they should be. Air con kept the room from being overheated.. Very quiet lift. Good breakfast.

Stains round the bath Water leaking from the basin taps The basin plug got stuck when we wanted to drain the water, I had to use a teaspoon to pry it up Windows dirty from the outside Stains and marks on some of my pillows

Receptionist, unfriendly not helpful , just wanted to move the customer on.

1.Location: near city centre but in a quiet road. Tesco nearby. 2. Facilities: extras e.g. pool, bar etc 3. Staff: very friendly and helpful 4. Room: very nice indeed. I liked to have the table and chairs as well as bed, cupboard etc.

Hotel very comfortable and friendly staff nothing was a bother to them. Would stay again.

I think it would be good if you offered a light breakfast at a lowetr price as the one thing I did think was that the cost of the breakfast was high £8-£9 would be better.

The staff (all) where very friendly, food was good, spa pool etc good, did not use gym. On the whole a quite enjoyable stay

Staff are amazing, our 6 year old and 4 year old had there own check in with a fun pack and free juice and ice cream through out there stay. The swimming pool was fab with floats that the kids could use. The room was a lovely size for the 4 of us. And breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice.

The hotel was fully booked and there were guests that were noisy very late at night.

The location, the food in hotel was excellent and proximity from shops was great.

Peaceful despite being so central. Pillows that didn't completely flatten when your head hit them. Convenience for the shops and station. Pool.

A noisy family (with kids) occupying the pool. You can't stop them, but there should be someone to control disturbance.

I was there only for one night just to meet a friend and everything was fine. I did not have meals there or use any of the facilities.

Location, facilities, staff and room

The room was very pleasant!! With an incredibly comfortable double bed & nice décor, I found myself very relaxed staying there. The bathroom facilities were very clean, and I enjoyed spending time in such a nice shower.

Our room was very warm which meant we had a rather restless sleep during the early hours. It was much cooler before midnight & in the morning.

The staff were excellent with a sense of humour which seems to be rare in hotels. High level of cleanliness through out. Food was very good.

Bar prices were expensive as are most hotels!!
