A friendly hotel with all the necessary facilities; handy for Glasgow business, shopping and nightlife. The best way to town is by walking up on to Argyle St. This looks a little more intimidating than it is. Preferred a cab back to the door at night time. |

Friendly, helpfull and efficient staff. Large comfortable bedroom and good bathroom. Very good breakfast when we eventually got it. Short distance to secc for concerts/exhibitions. Dining room struggled to cope with number of guests at breakfast. Hotel was full due to concert at secc. Realy should have been better staffed to cope with this. |

It was very comfortable, clean and convenient for our visit because the people that we were visiting were only 5 minutes walk from your hotel. I would definately stay at your hotel again when I visit Glasgow in the future |

Chilling in the pool spa areas, great food, relaxing in general. Lovely place to get away from the everyday rat race. Air conditioning/heater unit is not the most responsive. |

Friendly staff and good resources. Lunch was not available in the dining area while a conference was booked. Room was not very warm and switching air con off and raising room temp on the dial had little effect. |

The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel location was central in Glasgow, a short walk from Central Station and the SECC. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. |

The trainee staff member on the front desk on our arrival was very pleasant and very helpful but room not ready had to leave bags behind registration desk to pick up later. The young possibly mexican lad who was working behind the bar by himself the night we were there after 10pm was very very pleasant and helpful even though he was run off his feet an excellent employee to have and I hope they appreciate him Room tired, dusty and carpet appeared to have blood stain just beside bed. Bed was not made to requirements, even though we were told on arrival that the room was being cleaned and we were not able to get into the room for a while after we arrived, the room had beed made into double instead of two single beds, they had to be unzipped and re-made pillows and bed throws put onto floor when re-making beds, very unhygienic |

Being close to the open tour bus stop. A good breakfast and an excellent evening meal. The bedroom was too hot. The air conditioning was not working and the bathroom door did not close. |

Friendly staff, nice, clean and comfortable bedrooms Breakfast I thought was a little limited, I was very surprised that you could not get porridge. The breakfast was fine if you wanted a cooked one, but only cold neats as an alternative. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 poached eggs ( too much vinegar by the way on them. ) |
