I liked the ambience of the hotel. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The pool/steam room etc was so relaxing. I didn't like the queue for the breakfast. It would have been easier if there was a central hotplate as we had to queue for quite a while.

the location is poor, it is only 10mins from the shops if your name is Usain Bolt, the area outside the hotel is a bit like an industrial estate. The hotel may once have been a four star hotel, i do not think that is the case now clean but jaded. defects in the bathroom although reported were not dealt with eg. Toilet seat falling back on you, sink not draining. Not a four star hotel - disappointed from aberdeenshire. I will not book this hotel again, and have to question the rating

Friendly & helpful staff Odor of cleaning products was suffocating. Had to run the air conditioner constantly just to breathe. Windows are sealed so no way to get any fresh air in the room. Location is not convenient for walking to restaurants, etc & no public transport links.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. This was a great customer experience and I would return and recommend. Had a problem with air-con in the room and got a move to a better room with help moving our stuff The first room was hot and stuffy and the air-con did not work. Issue was resolved though.
