Was a really cute cottage feel, loved the bathroom! Should really be photos! The wifi was really fast, lovely lady who owned the place! We would definatly stay there again :) The room was cold but that couldn't be helped, there was a fan heater, overall really lovely stay!
Everything was perfect thank you
Online breakfast seemed included. On arrival told it was £6 each.
Accomodation Clean, rural location but good to visit local areas of interest Good sized bedroom and ensuite
Breakfast poor Beds extremely soft
The room was very spatious and had a good shower. Breakfast was very nice. Conveniently located close to Bristol Airport
The room and breakfast area look a bit dated and were not as modern and "fresh" as we would have liked. I realize that this is a very personal preference as others would probably appreciate the rustic look more than we did.
Very nice and big room. Very kind woman. Clean and tidy.
It was in the middle of nowhere. To go for a walk you had to walk through the road.
Comfortable suite with individual style
Fridge Spacious sitting room area large flat screen TV WiFi
Bedroom and bathroom on different levels. Hard mattress and very hard pillows. No upright chair for working at desk. Situated on very busy road. No mirror in bedroom for makeup- there was one over head of bed.
Size of room. (Been in much smaller rooms for much more money) Layout of room. (Loved the mezzanine floor idea). Wonderfully comfortable bed. Size of bathroom. Room to relax.
Lack of DVD player. No restaurant. A bit knit picking for such a wonderful Hotel in all other aspects. Really loved it.
Perfect, lovely place to stay for an early flight at Bristol
The mezzanine was a lovely feature. Very comfortable seating, Peaceful after long days exploring Bristol, Bath and Cheddar Gorge! Lovely cooked breakfast with local fresh farm eggs! Proprietor was welcoming, helpful with advise on where to eat in evenings, could not fault anything!
Sadly not a lot. The room was clean but basic. Coloured bedding, very heavy quilt, very uncomfortable chairs to sit on. The lounge pictured on the website is not open nor is the restaurant so we either had to go out or stay in our uncomfortable room.
The room was dark and cold. Breakfast was extra at nearly £6. We were offered children's cereal selection, grapefruit, cheap bread toasted on 1 side and cheap tea.
FOUR POSTER BED BREAKFAST LOCATION FAB EATING PLACES NEARBY VALUE FOR MONEY
OUR WI FI NEVER WORKED ( APPLE IPAD) - OTHERS SAID ALTHOUGH THAT THEIRS DID
Rooms were very spacious and unique
Road noise was a slight disadvantage
We were looking for a hotel closer to western but with there being a scooter rally on that weekend we couldnt get in any where .. so glad that we couldn't because we had a fabulous stay in miltons lodge.. very clean, warm welcome from the owner, even with the lodge being on a sometimes busy road the noise wasn't as loud as we thought it would be.. I would highly recommend and we definitely been returning..
I have nothing bad to say.. only thing I would suggest to the owner (I did mention this just before we left) is that there are no pictures available of the bathroom, there should be as the bathroom was lovely and plenty of room for to.. wink wink..
All great thanks and very helpful.
The four poster suite was gorgeous, so much space for the money we paid and so comfortable! Lovely surrounding area, close to Cheddar Gorge and plenty of pubs nearby!
Nice room with everything you need. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the area. Free parking and wifi.
The size of the room is not as advertised on booking.com. It claimed 50 square meters which is one of our major reasons to choose the hotel. It's actually split into two levels with total area about 30 to 35 square meters. The bed is upstairs while the bath room is downstairs. There is only a window in front.
Owner made suggestions for other touring, leading to the 'find' of the lively town of Wells & its medieval sites. Fridge in room for chilled drinks.
The Wi Fi was good and quick all items needed were in place such as iron tea/coffee, fan, air freshner, mini bar to name but a few, owner pleasant and helpful.
Room interior tired and a bit dated dusty behind beds tea spilt on wall from prior guest, shower only warm, bed linen very dated, but clean, broken table for making tea on covered by cheap plastic cloth, just needs a bit of TLC to the eye def only a 3*
Although we didn't spend any time in the room when we did its was very clean, comfortable and relaxing
Good location, situated on a main road, easy to find, free parking. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and given the proximity if the road surprisingly quiet, all clean and we'll presented. Would certainly stay there again.
For me it had no bad points.
Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation with parking and wi-fi.
Traffic noise on weekdays
Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and facilities was clean and comfortable.
Location to Bristol airport
