Hotel Miramar  

Wow. What a fantatsic Hotel. I have been planning a visit for sometime and we were delighted with everthing. The Room 211 was very well appointed all the usual equipment you would come to expect. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and watering can shower head was really big bonus.

The location and view were stunning . The gardens were so pretty with the lovely coast as a backdrop.

Everything about the hotel pointed to luxury at affordable prices, welcome atmosphere, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

loved the outside gardens and furniture all bang on trend ......staff all very friendly ...

the hotel its self need to be up dated some what which takes time and money but if the investment was put in , it would come out in profit asap , but would stay again ... thanks

Traditional hotel in excellent position near to promenade and beach, easy to walk into Bournemouth for shops and other tourist attractions. Very friendly helpful staff who assisted us in every way.

The fire alarm that went off at 6.15am, with no apology when checking out.

Had to open windows as soon as we got into the room as it was too hot for what was a mild day. Difficulty cooling room down so had windows wide open all night (early March!). Otherwise an enjoyable stay :-)

The staff were all very attentive, helpful and pleasant. Our room was lovely,verynicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was splendid. View out over the bay was just perfect. I thought it was great that you are a pet friendly hotel.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, rather hard and lumpy.

-Standard of furnishing above 3-star level -Ambience of common areas and bedrooms -Reasonably sized rooms -Great location for town and beach Pleasant grounds- country house style -Good breakfast

-It should be accessible on foot from East Overcliff Drive -No control over the heating -No Air-Conditioning (but windows operated well)

Lovely clean rooms, nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our first room was very dark on the top floor,we asked if they had a lighter room, which they did with out any problem. Moved to a lovely light airy room.

Cooked breakfast was a little on the small side,not a buffet which I think woul be better as you could get as little or more if needed. Although we had plenty of toast to fill up on.

Newly refurbished, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms and relaxing communal areas, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

My only gripe (a small one) was the selection of on-tap beers at the bar. It would have been nice to have a local real ale available for consuption in addition/instead of what they were serving.

Modern nicely fitted bathroom but see adjacent remark. Staff friendly and very polite. Wonderful breakfast Would reccommend.

Low water flow from the shower is the only comment I can make everything else very good

Staff excellent, especially restaurant. Smart and friendly. Breakfast choice very good, and freshly cooked. Situated perfectly for our needs.

The bedroom was noisy with next room being renovated, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.
