First impressions of the hotel were excellent mainly due to the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff. The food was outstanding and I loved the bold colours and designs within this very contemporary hotel. I also loved it's location right beside the Royal Mile in the very heart of old Edinburgh.

The hotel was so central and the rooms were of a high standard. It was not the cheapest of hotels but you get what you pay for and this was worth every penny. Would go back again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the front desk, to the bar, to the doormen. The room was decorated beautifully and included some great extras including the complimentary mini bar. I thought it was perfectly situated with respect to accessing shopping, tourist attractions as well as good restaurants - absolutely no complaints.

Customer service 110% This is one hotel that has ticked all the boxes. The little extras made all the difference Laundry/Sweets/Coffee and soft drinks all complimentry amazing........ I would recommend this hotel and will be returning. Well done on all counts I loved everything maybe did not like that the windows do not open and if you are clausterphobic this do'snt help, you have to depend on the Air Con.

We had an overnight in the Missoni for a special occassion. The hotel was fantastic, the room on the 5th floor was outsatnding with a teriffic view. I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay a night to remember.

The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They organised taxi's for us when we needed them. The hotel and our room were beautiful, spotless and very modern. We would definitely stay at the Missoni again and have raved about it to everyone else!
