Sin duda la ubicación, es perfecta. Las vista desde la habitación daban a Victoria Street una de mis calles favoritas de Edimburgo, con la torre de the hub y el castillo de Edimburgo al fondo. El desayuno esta bien pero es muy caro y despúes de la primera noche no repusieron los champus, cafes de Nespresso, etc gastados hasta el tercer dia. |

La ubicación es inmejorable. La atención del personal es muy buena, tratan siempre de adelantarse a tus necesidades. No se si debido a que aprovechamos una oferta a buen precio, nos asignaron una habitación pequeña y por lo tanto incómoda al faltar espacio para dejar las cosas tanto en la habitación como en el cuarto de baño. Impropia de un hotel de 5 estrellas. |

I particularly liked the free in-room movies which were a godsend when it was pouring with rain outside and the nicely sized Bang & Olufsen TV gave excellent viewing. The free mini-bar was really good although it could have done with a more stock. The espresso machine was neat but as a tea drinker I didn't really appreciate the benefit of it but stil a nice to have. The bathroom and shower were fantastic with high quality bathrobes and towels, and a fancy shower head that was recessed into the ceiling. I don't like baths so not having one was fine for me. The hotel position was also very good, just a few minutes walk from the Castle and less than 10 minutes walk to Princess Street and the shopping area. There isn't much space for storage and we barely had enough space to unpack just our clothes for a two night stay. If you were staying more than a couple of nights you would need to leave some of your clothes in your suitcase. |

Zig zag missoni, colours of cool. Loved this place will be back despite no hot water on the Sunday morning. Hot water would have been nice.... To wash in. Mind you if I was from Glasgow that would not be a problem |

You felt like you were a special guest when I mentioned it was my birthday on the booking. There was a cake in the room and guest services were very good. The room had special features that were unique to the hotel. Great location. |

Staff were very eager to please & friendly,very clean room,well designed bathroom with very nice shampoos etc(all beautifully packaged of course!!), excellent bedlinen,liked the nepresso machine.....Very good location . Really excellent modern interior. Mini bar very sparse...... & my alarm call was an hour earlier that I had asked for;the phone only rang twice but it still woke me up at 5.45!!!! It then rang again at the correct time. |

great position at the heart of the old town with good eating and drinking all around. Bow bar and Witchery etc. Rooms and design themes were well executed great bar and reception. Good and well intentioned front of house staff. ran out of sausages for breakfast - unforgivable |

Clean, v comfortable, excellent location for visiting our son at Uni. How about a special 'parents deal?' Staff did not replace tea we had used. Breakfast needed cold meats/cheese - more choice. Just as other reviewers have said on Tripadvisor. |

My first impression of the hotel was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The rooms were superb and the location of the hotel was fantastic. I would have liked some english breakfast tea as one of the choices in the hot drink selection provided in the room. The use of an espresso machine is a wonderful facility but not being a coffee drinker I did not avail of it. |

I loved the controversial design elements. Very in your face colours for short stays - not great for a longer period. Some of the furniture in the bedrooms was not the most functional. Liked the novelty of sliding panels, but no great drawer space. |
