Windows has no sound proof. Super noisy at night. Cannot sleep at all.!!!
Road noise Noise from fan in room
Location was very convenient for us as were visiting relations in Putney, handy for tube/bus. Clean and comfortable, good choice at breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.
Asked for a quiet room and although we slept well it was a bit noisy as our overlooked Putney Bridge Road.
Clean and bright. Great shower.
Only one chair in the room.
Location suited our needs
Noisy noisy noisy! Woken up early each morning by cleaning staff slamming doors in the hallway. Internet required login several times throughout the day.
Clean rooms, comfy bed and helpful staff. ARK spa only a few doors away. Lots of shops nearby
Could do with a plug near a mirror for hair dryer/straighteners. Breakfast was a half effort continental.
Friendly and supportive staff, enjoyed the breakfast, cleanliness of the room/hotel and the easy access to train station and bus stops
I would have preferred a refrigerator in the room.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful
Far from station
The staff were friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to book I will visit again.
Location of the hotel to the wedding venue I was going to
The noise outside probably would not have been so bad if the hotel was double glazed
convenient to Putney area. Clean and efficient hotel. Priced OK for basic hotel in London
trouble getting in with my credit card. a lot of noise - but I guess that is city life!
The decor was good It was modern and light comfortable Clean Great location Good breakfast
The TV had a dead pixel running along the middle of the screen
clean and modern and very well positioned ...
THe prices seem to skyrocket from time to time... pretty inconsistent.
Close to all amenities Easy access to Heathrow, Gatwick and City Airport. Fantastic value for money budget deals during the week.
Budget deals not available during the weekend.
Clean comfortable room with TV tea, coffee & wifi, breakfast was buffet continental also very good.
Our room was on the High Street side and suffered from traffic noise so sleeping was difficult even with the windows closed, our stay was 2 nights, had we stayed longer we would have requested a move to a room on the opposite side of the hotel, apart from this the hotel was excellent,
Hotel very clean. Rooms are minimalist - which you may find a little stark. Beds are comfy Bathroom decent size and shower power good. Continental breakfast is reasonably varied. The one member of staff I encountered was polite and helpful.
Minor things If there's no-one on reception when you arrive, be prepared for an 'interesting' auto-check in outside the front door. The hotel fronts a busy main road, so there's quite a lot of traffic noise. The TV signal was flakey You need to get a username and p/w from reception for wi-fi, so if you check in when there's no-one there you can't get online
Very efficient and helpful staff. Booking system is fantastic Automated check-in system Quality with a smile
good location, friendly staff breakfast included
The staff was very friendly and informative. Bed was comfortable. Internet was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Price was great! Seeing that our real purpose for being in London was to see London all day, my wife and I really couldn't have asked for more.
It was a good 10 minute walk to the underground. I didn't mind that much, but my wife did.
The neighborhood is really nice and there is nice bars, restaurants, stores and supermarkets very close. Close to the metro and train station, but quite far from London downtown. Nice bed and room. Very good breakfast.
Wifi/ internet didn't work 70% of our stay in the hotel, and it was really bad, as we were suppose to book places to go in London by internet and we couldn't do from the hotel because the internet did not work and the staffs told us more than once that they could not do anything to solve it. Breakfast room is quite small, and we had to wait about 20min for a table to have breakfast on Sunday. Quite far from London downtown and main attractions (about 40min by metro).
clean; decent breakfast
Very noisy (had room facing the street); WiFi wasn't working one day; blinds were very thin and not particularly effective
Minimal clean decore easy to get to from tube stations nice and modern free wifi
strange way to check in via a machine in the wall but easy and straightforward :)
Very clean and spacious rooms, all amenities that you need for an overnight stay. Good location and great bathroom.
Wi-fi was hard to connect to and came with no proper instructions, although personal password was put into my room before arrival which was nice.
