Ideal location for what I needed, reasonably priced and clean.

On arrival given access key to someone elses room. Rectified within 30mins but felt a bit unhappy about security and safety of belongings when absent from room.

The rooms were really dated and could do with a clean,staff at front desk could do with smiling it wouldn't hurt him?

The staff really couldn't care less, about you or anyone else. This is a very poor hotel because of this

Nice Clean Hotel I would look to use again

Not so welcoming as the one I used in Salford Manchester Last year

It was a reasonable price and the continental breakfast was good.

The male receptionist was rude and abrupt and I was told by a waiter that the starter and dessert buffets were never offered despite being on the menu.

Breakfast was superb.

Carpets weren't very clean

Clean, friendly, good food and at a reasonable price. Everything you need in a hotel.

The beds were on wheels, so if you tried to lean against the wall it would roll across the room!

disappointed that there was no plug right by the bed; that is the only downside.

Rooms to small, bed to small not suitable for a Tall business man very basic will not be using again

Dirty carpets, smokers at entrance, terrible food - frozen food, 45 min wait, arrived cold! - terrible service from bar man. Should be knocked down and a new one built...with new staff!

Small clean. The water was lovely and hot. Also room lovely and warm. (It was snowing when we stayed)

Would have liked the room to be a little bigger. Plus a bed that didnt move.

The bed too easy to move, we could not sit on the bed and lean against the headboard without the bed moving across the room.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Restaurant prices good value and good selection. Plenty of car parking.

The room was very comfortable, it was plenty big enough. The staff were helpful and polite. The food was good especially the choice at breakfast.

One member of staff in the evening seemed to let down all the others. It was the barman he was abrupt and very negative in attitude. He also walked around from bar to reception and back with both hands in pockets, this did not look professional at all and I feel he let down both his co workers and the hotels image.

Didn't have enough towels in the hotel concidering I was staying for two days and the reception isn't 24 hrs wot if something happen at nights it's not safe

Very good value, friendly welcome (although I got there after midnight!) and a delightful, comfortable clean room and bathroom. Perfect for what I needed.

Good parking.

The reception is located away from the entrance to the rooms. To reach the entrance door it is necessary to go back outside and enter by another door. This door is supposedly activated by keycard, however it seemed to be permanently open even at 9.30 pm when I arrived back, obviously this presents a security risk. Worse still was the stench from cigarette smoke from the people who were gathered around that door. The room itself was acceptable although very small.

It was cold and wet going from the reception to our room as the wind and rain was blowing in the covered walkway.
