In our room and in the corridor there was an overiding smell of tobacco on mentioning this to the staff I was told it was probably "weed" and they didnt seem at all interesfed. On the otherside of the road to the hotel there was a "gay/lesbian/transgender nightclub (let your mind run riot over they the way they looked) some were staying at the hotel and the noise, shouting etc didnt stop untill 4.30 am.On complaining in the morning we were given a free breakfast as a gesture which was a nice gesture but didnt make up for no sleep!!

The bed was fairly comfortable and location of hotel to a main road. Noisy with doors slamming in the corridor.

Room shabby, the toilet was dirty. Tv - only channel 5 worked. Staff not terribly helpful - male member of staff seemed to think it was amusing when I asked if it was the only Campanile in the area when I rang for a taxi in the morning. I have never stayed in a Campanile before... Not sure I would again .

Location This hotel was very basic, an economy hotel, although we had to pay £110 for a double room because of the event at Milton Keynes Bowl. The hotel needs upgrading. You'd be better at a Premier Inn or Travelodge.

The breakfast wasn't very good: Checked in for breakfast, filled in a slip to indicate my requirements, but staff did not advise anything regarding the rest of the buffet. No bowls, plates, cups or teaspoons available initially and then they appeared in stages with no apology. Ruuny scrambled eggs, runny beans and just cooked bacon Not worth £8.50; McDonalds would have been better vfm

Cosy, not too big, easy access, free parking, free wifi, no fuss, tea and coffe plus biscuits in room, fairly basic but would use it in future rather than spend 2x plus for not a lot more. I particularly like the common sense free wifi access, I resented being charged £5 for 2 hours elsewhhere. Would have liked more desk space, light fittings over desk/shelf were too low, hit my head and knocked the light shade off twice.

We were visiting friends in this area, so the location was ideal. And it's an ideal staggering distance from the club across the road! Also not too much of a trek to go into milton keynes itself. Room facilities could be improved.

I thought that a price of 290 pounds which offers no breakfast is quite high plus the staff although friendly had no local knowledge of best roads for motorways or eating out. Not impressive I will not be back and I am mailing allmy managers in my company not to use you again
