Too few staff, no avalibality of refreshment after hours.However, this could be typical of the UK and small hotels in general

I've stayed there before and wasn't going to be there very long (late night out !) so it's ideal - cheap and cheerful

nice and close to where we wanted to be and the price was amazing

only 2 things really, it was ment to be a no smoking hotel but the room smelt like an ashtray and secondly its opposite the biggest gay, lesbian and transgender nightclub in britain so the hotel had lots of middle aged men dressed as woman walking around in it, this didnt bother me but some might not like it

liked the location of the hotel

rooms are really basic and we were kept awake all night because the walls were like cardboard and there is no reception on at night, the milk was off in our tea and coffee making facilities

quiet place, nice view

they charged my account 128GBP extra and it is taking too long to resolve

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very pleasant, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had all the facilities one could need.

Not really, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and it was fine. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Value for money and being able to see car park from room. central location for my needs.

I requested an early morning call but was told to use the room TV as alarm. That is outrageously poor service. I was awoken by 2 females banging on my door at 3.30 a.am. they were looking for someone else. I Doubt they were guest and it was unacceptable because I was departing at 7 a.m

The staff are friendly. The hotel was quiet during the late evening and the beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order. Breakfast was ok. Chinese near by (Aromas) is nice. Comfortable stay for one night. There is a Gay bar over the road if that takes your fancy.

Although we did not eat at the hotel - the food seemed a bit expensive for what it was. The hotel is situated about 30 mins away from Silverstone and there is not much there. The pubs were a bit grotty and all there is in the way of resaurants is an Indian and Chinese, thats if you don't want to go to far or travel by car to get to another restaurant.

Service in the restaurant was appalling as we had a three year old and had to wait and wait to get service and had to miss out on one course because they took so long

The staff were excellent, they made us very welcome and were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.The breakfast was almost the best we have ever had.

Pretty good - all facilities as quoted.

The hotel was larger than i had originally thought, £40 is a good rate however all other services are expensive

Het is een goed gelegen hotel met ruime parkeergelegenheid. Aardig personeel. Prima hotel voor een of 2 overnachtingen maar blinkt niet uit door gezelligheid. Het eten is redelijk.
