Location. Close to the underground. The chinese woman in the front desk was really kind. The room was too little, you could hardly walk inside it. The same with the bathroom, the shower was small even for one person. Breakfast was poor, only cereal, coffee and toast. |

It's based in a central, yet quiet location of London! The hotel staff are great people and always up for a chat and a laugh, very helpful also in trying to provide a good service. It's unfortunate the hotel is in poor condition, the carpets are usually dirty, you'd be lucky if youre sheets and towels get changed if you stay for more than one night and the tv is awful, 14 inch with 5 channels, if youre remote works! If you want a nice time in London, would not recommend, if you want a cheap time in London, it's a good central safe, posh location to stay in. |

i had a bed and a shower shabby, badly kept, not very clean, smelly. the person that booked my cab chosen to phone a friend which was NOT a licenced cab, he demanded more money than the fare was worth. i was in a hurry, no time to argue |

The ease of access plus free weekend parking nearby. Bathroom equipment like the sink and toilet were rather low i.e. possibly designed for small people??!! |

Las chicas que servian el desayuno. La habitación que nos tocó tenía un ruido de cañería/desagüe de agua que te hacía imposible conciliar el sueño y el colchón tendían que renovarlo porque los muelles se clavan en el cuerpo. Ademas si quieres habitación con baño son 5 libras más por día |

Lo que mas nos gusto fue el desayuno y el precio de la habitación por noche... Que cambia mucho el confort de una habitación a otra. O sea que lo recomiedo dependiendo de qué habitación te toque... |

Personalet var hyggelig, men ikke noe mer. Frokosten var ok. Sentral beliggenhet. Fikk et kjellerrom som var VELDIG fuktig, mugg på veggene, sengetøyet var fuktig, forferdelig lukt. Kunne ikke bo her. Det mente nok de også siden de med en gang sa at vi bare måtte finne oss noe annet hvis vi ønsket det. Vi skulle egentlig ha 4 overnattinger der, men det ble bare 1 (da det ikke var mulig å oppdrive noe annet så sent på kvelden (sen ankomst)). |

Bom custo benefício; funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos; bem localizado e de fácil acesso O hotel parece um labirinto, sendo alguns pequenos prédios interligados. Assim, a minha sugestão é a de colocar os grupos que estão juntos perto uns dos outros. Ainda, quem estiver com muita bagagem, idosos ou crianças logo no primeiro andar, já que não há elevadores. O café da manhã poderia ter um pelo menos um chocolate quente e um pão melhor. |

La situation géographique dans Londres (près de la gare de Paddington, très pratique) et l'accueil sympa du personnel. Il n'y avait pas de pression d'eau dans la douche !! |

De ligging ten opzichte van uitvalsmogelijkheden. Iedere dag schone handdoeken... We mochten de koffers veilig in hotel achterlaten, zowel bij aankomst als vertrek. Het ontbijt, dit bestond namelijk uit geroosterd witbrood met kuipjes jam, dat was het. |

El personal no habla el idioma ingles, Desconocen la situacion de las habitaciones (alucinante). No son competentes en su trabajo. La explicacion a la pregunta que traigan la marmelada es que ya no hay se acabo. La limpieza diaria deficiente. Las sabanas no se estiraban si no que solo se taba la cama con la colcha. Esta esta puesto que el hotel esta renovado y de eso nada la pintura se caia. |

スタッフはフレンドリーで鍵をインロックしてしまった時も迅速に対応して頂き助かりました。部屋にポットはないのですが、キッチンのポットを使わせて頂けたので助かりました。 シャワーの出方がよくなかったのが残念です。 |
