The room is very comfortable and clean. Good location near the train and tube stations. Good selection of restaurants nearby, walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford Street shopping area.

Room was very good with modern fittings throuhout, staff were very pleasant... Room was very good, but a couple of things need addressing....damp patch above warddrobe, and broken electrical socket behind chair which was large enough for a child to put fingers in. No refreshment facilities on arrival

Everything seemed to e brand new- lovely decor and attention to detail. The reception hs not yet been refurbished, and guests have to walk through the halls etc that have not yet been done up- I think the hotel would hugely benefit from having a reception that matched the luxurious feel of the rooms.

it is very close to the centre of the town, very close to the underground and bus station, the staff was very friendly and present we needed them there are a very little bathroom, we find wet beds because when sombody took a shower behind us we have water in our room.The windows wasn't clouse enough and it was could. They put in in our room a source of hitting

very good position just few minutes walk from the tube station and well served from the bus all the night The hotel was very dirty. when we arrived was not clean and we found large stains in the bedspread. the shower was broken, the shared bathrooms were crumbling, the breakfast was very poor. I've never seen a hotel so dirty!

První patro se opravuje, recepci to asi čeká, ale druhé a třetí po rekonstrukci vypadá dobře. Oceňuji hlavně klid, čistotu a dobrou polohu.

Pues el hotel está situado perfectamente, muy cerca de la parada del metro y de una línea de bus 24 horas. Al entrar en la recepción nos dió hasta susto, están remodelando el hotel y justo la zona de habitaciones si está nueva. La habitación aunque pequeña estaba muy limpia y moderna. El cuarto de baño no debía de tener más de un año, estaba limpio. La verdad es que fue una muy buena elección y hemso descansado mucho en el hotel, con lo que ha cumplido nuestras expectativas.

O quarto. Mas atençao eu paguei quando cheguei!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disseram me um preço, para para pagar quando chegasse. Eram de 100 Libras, quando cheguei disseram me 150. Fui roubado e exijo uma resposta. O quarto é razoavel mas o resto é uma espelunca.

Ottima qualità prezzo. Camera e bagno abbastanza grandi rispetto agli standard. Buona pulizia delle camere, altresì ristrutturate di recente, TV schermo piatto, riscaldamento regolabile dal termosifone, doccia comoda. Abbastanza tranquilla come zona e vicinissimo la metro Paddington (circa due minuti a piedi).

La habitación estaba bien, como en la foto. El hotel esta al otro lado de Hyde Park, con respecto al centro, estaba en obras con andamios en la fachada y tiene dos edificios viejo y nuevo, estaban reformándolo y pasábamos por el viejo (ruinoso) al nuevo que estaba muy bien. Ubicación, parada de metro a 5 min, pero no más servicios, es una zona residencial y el metro cierra a las 00h . el hotel no tiene más servicios ni bar, casi ninguna zona común. La wi-fi funcionaba mal.

Le camere da poco rinnovate e perfettamente pulite. Purtroppo l`hotel sta per essere ristrutturato, per tanto per raggiungere le camere bisogna passare in corridoi e scale poco presentabili e del tutto scomodi.
