La habitación que nos tocó tenía un ruido de cañería/desagüe de agua que te hacía imposible conciliar el sueño y el colchón tendían que renovarlo porque los muelles se clavan en el cuerpo. Ademas si quieres habitación con baño son 5 libras más por día

El personal no habla el idioma ingles, Desconocen la situacion de las habitaciones (alucinante). No son competentes en su trabajo. La explicacion a la pregunta que traigan la marmelada es que ya no hay se acabo. La limpieza diaria deficiente. Las sabanas no se estiraban si no que solo se taba la cama con la colcha. Esta esta puesto que el hotel esta renovado y de eso nada la pintura se caia.

The room was too hot because you couldn't open the windows and there ws a boiling hot pipe running through it.

It's based in a central, yet quiet location of London! The hotel staff are great people and always up for a chat and a laugh, very helpful also in trying to provide a good service.

It's unfortunate the hotel is in poor condition, the carpets are usually dirty, you'd be lucky if youre sheets and towels get changed if you stay for more than one night and the tv is awful, 14 inch with 5 channels, if youre remote works! If you want a nice time in London, would not recommend, if you want a cheap time in London, it's a good central safe, posh location to stay in.

TV wasn't actually working properly,even though it was better having a freview channels .

i had a bed and a shower

shabby, badly kept, not very clean, smelly. the person that booked my cab chosen to phone a friend which was NOT a licenced cab, he demanded more money than the fare was worth. i was in a hurry, no time to argue

Advertised services were not all available, facilities (safe) etc were not available or defective.

The location was great!

The breakfast could have been a bit healthier.

Läget var väldigt centralt, lätt att åka buss och tunnelbana till/från.

Personalet var hyggelig, men ikke noe mer. Frokosten var ok. Sentral beliggenhet.

Fikk et kjellerrom som var VELDIG fuktig, mugg på veggene, sengetøyet var fuktig, forferdelig lukt. Kunne ikke bo her. Det mente nok de også siden de med en gang sa at vi bare måtte finne oss noe annet hvis vi ønsket det. Vi skulle egentlig ha 4 overnattinger der, men det ble bare 1 (da det ikke var mulig å oppdrive noe annet så sent på kvelden (sen ankomst)).
