Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja rentoa ! Netistä varaamamme huone (basic 2 hlö.lle) oli järkyttävän pieni nuhruinen koppi,jossa kaikki oli rähjäistä ja jossa ei ollut omaa vessaa.Huone ei vastannut kuvausta ollenkaan joten vaadimme huoneen vaihtoa.Vaihto onnistui 2 yön jälkeen ,mistä kiitos hlökunnalle.Varausta tehdessä on vaikeaa tietää mitä tuli varattua ja maksettua , koska huonekuvaukset hotellin nettisivuilla eivät pidä paikkaansa. |

Hyvä sijainti! hintaansa väärti. vastapäätä hotellia loistava intialainen ravintola! Huoneen suihkusta ei riittänyt painetta! aamiainen kaipaisi vaikka yhden laadun juustoa ja leikkelettä! |

Very near underground station, good value for money, nice breakfast, was expecting to have to share toilet but either we were upgraded or the rooms in the hotel were (couldn't make out which!) so we had an ensuite, bed comfortable & room warm, few slight stains on carpet but otherwise very clean. Would use again. |

Clean bed, close to Paddington and Hyde Park, payment by credit-card, friendly staff Breakfast could be more various and could be served for a longer time in the morning. |

I liked the hotel personnel, they was very nice and helpfuly especial front office ones, but hotel is a budget hotel. Stairs and aleways are extemly narrow. Rooms are quite small, we was staying in no.10 room which have 3 beds. It was not place for luggage, and to enter in bathroom we should jump directly from bed. In room was tv and fridge, electric oil heater, but room was very warm so, we did not operate the heater. Old furniture, but clean, we recomand this hotel for budget trips. If you are in holiday, better chose more larger and confortable hotel. |

Clean, simple, friendly, budget accomodation - only a 5 minute walk from paddington station. No frills. Great for sightseeing holidays. |

Location. Close to the underground. The chinese woman in the front desk was really kind. The room was too little, you could hardly walk inside it. The same with the bathroom, the shower was small even for one person. Breakfast was poor, only cereal, coffee and toast. |

It's based in a central, yet quiet location of London! The hotel staff are great people and always up for a chat and a laugh, very helpful also in trying to provide a good service. It's unfortunate the hotel is in poor condition, the carpets are usually dirty, you'd be lucky if youre sheets and towels get changed if you stay for more than one night and the tv is awful, 14 inch with 5 channels, if youre remote works! If you want a nice time in London, would not recommend, if you want a cheap time in London, it's a good central safe, posh location to stay in. |

i had a bed and a shower shabby, badly kept, not very clean, smelly. the person that booked my cab chosen to phone a friend which was NOT a licenced cab, he demanded more money than the fare was worth. i was in a hurry, no time to argue |

The ease of access plus free weekend parking nearby. Bathroom equipment like the sink and toilet were rather low i.e. possibly designed for small people??!! |

De ligging van het hotel, vlak bij Paddington en uiterst vriendelijk receptie personeel. Een niet werkende tv kon s' avonds niet worden opgelost, er werd echter onmiddellijk een andere kamer geregeld. Kamer wel heel erg klein, zelfs de bedden waren van een mini maat. Zoals de meeste goedkopere hotels in Londen is ook Minahouse dringend aan een nieuwe inrichting toe. Wij waren er in November, de cv was echter nog niet aan. Het ontbijt is met alleen toast met jam en cereals wel heel simpel. |

Su personal, en general es muy atento. La ubicación es bastante atractiva, aunque durante nuestra estancia había obras en la calle y hacian ruido. Los pasillos son angostos y la distribución de las habitaciones es muy rara |

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, le personnel plutôt sympathique et lacces a la wifi était bon. Le quartier est très vivant et on y trouve pas mal de choses. Les gens y faisant escales viennent du monde entier et c'est plutôt agréable de découvrir dès le petit déjeuner de nouveaux horizons et d'entendre différentes langues |
