Lovely receptionist and great leisure facilities and large, well appointed room
Very warm room- not great key system or shower in the bathroom and this location is not ideally suited for the business traveller
The breakfast was below the quality of a motorway services fortunately decided to dine out the previous evening
The staff were very friendly and the setting was beautiful.
It is disappointing and unacceptable for the facilities not to be finished and ready for us to use. We booked this hotel over other because of the outside new facilities and weren't told until we arrived that those facilities weren't finished and were given day vouchers as a compensation. Which is unacceptable as we live 4 hours away and won't be travelling all that way just to use the facilities. I then told reception that I wasn't happy and was told nothing could be done because the manager wasn't about so all she could do was pass on my disappointment and I am still waiting to be contacted by the manager.
Relaxed atmosphere Comfortable room
