Staff were very helpful and pleasant and made afternoon tea on arrival and breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of car parking available. Low sloping ceiling over bath/shower made showering difficult. |

The enormous, beutifully decorated two drawing rooms. The surly manner of our male host and the comfort level of the bed as it sunk in the middle! |

the building has been kept in its original state as much as possible which is nice. This hotel (guest house) was classed as a 4 star, but in my opinion it should be 3 star, as there was no tv in any of the bedrooms, there was however a tv lounge but was locked on every occasion we tried to acsess it. Plus 4 star to me means king size beds or bigger, they only had double. |

The building and the area were beautiful and the breakfasts were very good. We were disappointed with the attitude of the owner, who had a rather abrupt manner when speaking to guests, not only us, but we overheard how he spoke to other guests. However, his partner was very welcoming and friendly. |

Hotel staffs are very kind and friendly. We arrived late at night, they served hot tea and chocolate. Breakfast was savory and delicious. Especially, I like fresh orange juice and poached egg. Although there is TV in public room, there is no TV in our room. |

Our bedroom was large and very comfortable. Rooms for use of residents were excellent and the honesty bar was a welcome touch after a day out. Breakfasts were of a very good quality. |

beautiful old house with fabulous views, relaxed and friendly owners, it is their family home not just a business, able to come and go as you please, limited number of rooms so able to get to know other guests or not as you please. Terrific location, pretty village just 3 miles from Padstow. Tasteful decoration in the rooms, absolutely clean. A real jewel. |

The location of the Manor was fantastic, a short 5 minute drive from Padstow nestle in a sleepy picturesque village. There was no TV in the room and the bath was not clean!! |

Very peaceful and relaxing area but close enough to everything you needed by car. The Molesworth Manor itself was very beautiful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to family and friends. |

A warm welcome from the owner and guided tour to show us what was available to us. Room was very quaint and history provided - we had the "Cook's Room". Lovely and comfortable with clean fresh linen, also ensuite facility. |

Ideally situated near the main A30 trunk road, running through the centre of Cornwall, this family owned and managed hotel boasts contemporary accommodation and a private 18-hole golf course. |
The Hawkins Arms is a village pub with en suite rooms. It serves good home-cooked food and a fine selection of Real Ales. |
