Location, proximity to points of interest, well thought through provision of things in the house.
Need to include an intro manual on how things work as I did not manage to figure out how to get the hot water running and it's difficult reaching the landlord after check-in

Good location, easy access to centre of London with the DLR. Good accomodations
Credit card authorisation is via email including security code instead of using a secure site.
-Experienced problems reaching the person who will provide the keys. -Few days before arrival they have relocated us to an another building because of water maintanence work. -The rooms were alright but significantly inferior to the pictures posted at the web. -There were major construction work next to the building. If we knew we would not be choosing this building.
The boiler in flat no 314 was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it switched on. I had to switch it off over night in order to sleep. The blinds in the bed room also do not work properly. I had to weigh them down in order to stop them rolling up on their own
Great view, very clean and comfort apartments, close locatin to DLR
there was no hot water on one of the days
It's near to DLR station, South quay. DLR is quite convinient transportation for us since we had a baby stroller so totally it was easy to go out to inside the London. Also it was walk distance to Canary Wharf which has shopping mall so we could get nice ingredients there. Surroundings around the apartment was calm, clean and less trafic so our son(18month) was happy to walk. And there were all kitcken stuffs like oven, dishwasher, microwave, cutting board etc (but i recommend you to bring your own sharp knife since the one already had in the room was sooo dull you can't cut even onion....)
We have decided to stay here again since first time was excellent.But this time was quite not good actually. Our room has changed to other buiding and got smaller than previous one with same price.Plus the floor was still dirty, some kitchenware remained a bit stain, no mattress on the bed(you can feel the spring directely on your back), the vacuum machine was broken, no dustpan, it took about 20mins untill hot water comes from shower. We didn't claim afterall because we could manage somehow but if they change worse room they should give us other offer like reduce the price. I just don't understand why they set the price so high. Cleaning service(not so professional) is only once a week and only one person is in a desk. What do they use the expense for? Anyway, we could had a nice holiday during stay in London!
