House of MoLi - Lanterns Court Apartments  

Great value for money and excellent location.

Close to DLR train station. Apartment spotlessly clean. Free wi-fi.

Lounge room reeked of cigarette smoke. Couldn't get rid of it. Apartment facing a major tower construction site with jackhammers etc. The apartment's ad said "soundproof". It was certainly not! But to be fair they moved us when we told them about these problems. They need to remove "soundproof" from the ad and warn about the construction site.

The location is convenient for the DLR (South Quay) to Heron's Quay for the Jubilee line at Canary Wharf, which is about 15 minutes to Charing Cross for Trafalgar Square and Central London. The quiet, well-equipped flat had two bedrooms and a roll-away bed. I booked at quite short notice, but everything was handled efficiently.

Lots of space, clean/fresh and well equipped apartment. Very good value for the money spent.

It was still being built - the reception area was a building site and the single member of staff didn't seem to know what was going on.

The location

I found checking in very difficult. Once locating the building required - the staff who turned out to be the concierge were very unhelpful. There was a problem with the lock on the door but eventually got in. I was disturbed on a night out by moli apartment manager wanting paperwork signed that should have been done at check in. Since the staff member checking me in couldn't be bothered I had my night disturbed.

- Location was perfect as this was a business trip - The Discovery Dock apartment was awesome and there was a pool in the apartment - Easy check-in / Easy check-out - Staff reachable and reactive

Our booking was changed twice prior to arrival and we ended up staying in two different places within three days - not the kind of thing you want to do during a business trip. My fiancee had to request that we get an early check-in to move from one apartment to the other on day 2. When I requested, I was told by James, the manager, that I cannot early check- in even if House of Moli made me stay in two different apartments while I booked only one for my three-day stay. If hotel management/staff change someone's booking, it has, at least, to make it convenient and not add restrictions for the guests when they're switched from one place to another during the stay. I work for a 55,000 employees global company who regularly travel to London for business. These serviced apartments are on the company's list of approved accomodation. I will make sure no one books through House of Moli again.

Well furnished apartment. The location is in quiet area near the station of Canary Wharf. All what you need for shopping can find it at nearby ASDA stores and Tesco.

The apartment is excellent and could not found a problem at all. What I dislike is that I have to take the tube to go to London city. Unfortunately, Iam not fan of tubes.

L'appartamento che ci è stato riservato era ampio, spazioso, ristrutturato di recente, curato in ogni finitura, confortevole e ben posizionato.

Davvero nulla da dire al riguardo.

Qualidade do apartamento (novo e com aquecimento), muito aconchegante e a vista para o rio Tâmisa e para o centro de Londres.

Obs.: A hospedagem ocorreu no house of moli - seacon tower. O funcionário da portaria (e não recepção), já que se tratava de um prédio residencial, foi pouco atencioso e dificultou a entrada no apartamento. Além disso, em 7 dias, a limpeza ocorreu apenas uma vez.

heating did not work properly

Unfortunately, the wifi service did not work and, despite numerous promises, the staff did not address this issue. The advertisement for the apartment listed free wifi and I had to eventually pay for a bt wifi service, which was painfully slow.
