Arrived and met with very friendly staff and went to our room. Wow what a stunning view!! Would definitely stay here again as long as I got the stunning view.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.
The view across to the harbour.
The room is rather basic and still stuck in about 1970! We don't mind so long as the price is reasonable but at £70 booked well in advance with no breakfast it is overpriced.
Its location and helpful staff
The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was nice, but the inside really needs an upgrade with attention to cleanliness in the room. Staff were the best thing about this hotel.
The breakfast was fair but not great quality. you can see where they are trying to make savings. Our room was cramped and not so clean. Staff were very helpful but the hotel was fully booked for a dance event which meant we couldn't get moved. For the money it was okay but I wouldn't recommend in case I got the same room.
Views from our room. Cleanliness Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast.
The water from the tap for making tea or coffee. The beds are really past their sell by date although we slept well in our twin beds they dipped in the middle .Glad we chose the twin beds.
The hotel is situated on the sea front which is very pleasant. The hotel had entertainment and pleasant surroundings. It was value for money.
The staff or so friendly and very obliging the Hotel in excellent position.and very near to all facilities.
Staff The room The reception, warm welcome The breakfast, the service. Just everything was excellent.
Location and staff particularly reception
10 out 10 location staff everything
We were looking for a bedroom attached to our bedroom for our girls. It was perfect.
No lamps in children's room to help them feel more secure. Other than that we had no complaints.
Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast.
Slightly dated with aged clients.
The staff,rooms,food and location
Staff very friendly, rooms clean and good size.
a bit tired mostly bathrooms
Good location, convenient for town, harbour and beach, and especially handy for the lovely Spa Theatre. We received a very warm and friendly welcome and the staff we encountered were very helpful too. Free WiFi appreciated but not available except in reception/bar areas.
Lack of parking, not even a reasonably priced car park or long term street parking nearby (maybe something the Council needs to address?). Sunday breakfast period (ends 9.30am) and checkout time (10am) maybe a little too early.
Smiles from walking through the door to the moment we left....
The hotel is in a good location with private car parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
Parts of the hotel could do with a make-over.
lovely food staff very welcoming very nice hotel.
the lift needs to be up graded.
Room had sea view
Problems getting water hot, possibly due to being on top floor, took about 5 minutes for water to get hot enough to wash, no need to add cold water
Staff are all lovely and welcoming Great breakfast Family friendly
Beds not the most comfy No fridge in room
