The hotel has an excellent location next to Hyde Park and easy access to the tube. The rooms could use some updating. |

The location and the reception/ bar area. The breakfast was poor. It does not deserve the title of "full English". I would not pay for breakfast there again. |

Good location near to hyde park and underground station, and reasonable price for the time of year Did not have internet access in the rooms as it said on the website, furthermore there was only one computer to accommodate all guests. |

We could leave our bags before check in. Really liked the situation of the hotel, as it was right by Hyde Park and the tube station. The room was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. If I was being 'picky' the lights above the bed head were in an awkward place and tended to burn your head if you got too close. |

Helpful reception staff. Good room service. Plenty of relevant brochures and up to date news and information about London. The position of the hotel makes for easy access to buses and tube. Found the catering arrangements chaotic. Too many guests arriving into the basement dining area. Result shortage of places to sit and some embarassment for guests trying to find a place.Food lacks imagination and is very basic. Some of the food was stewing in lukewarm water. |

I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast and the generous period of time it was available. The location is excellent for getting about London and for getting to Heathrow via Paddington Station. The room was clean and comfortable. |

The location of the hotel was good in relation to the venue we were attending. The rooms were small and need an upgrade. The rooms (even at London prices) were not good value for money. |

It's pretty difficult to stretch this to 15 words as the only thing I enjoyed was being able to leave in the morning. Where to start ! the staff were very rude & unhelpful, the hotel is dated & ridiculously hot & the breakfast was a complete joke. We will be making a formal complaint. |

Access to underground and a bit outside central busy london. Back end of hotel look run-down and very sick.....I think it does not do justice as the inside is in good order. |

The only positive thing about this hotel was it's location. Asked for 1 x twin and 1 x double - I got 2 x double beds in tiny single occupancy rooms on the 5th floor (smallest rooms we have ever stayed in). It was obvious they were single occupancy each room only had one cup for tea or coffee in each. No air conitioning, the rooms were stiflingly hot. Showers in both rooms were defective. Covers on beds were stained. Asked for fried eggs at breakfast was told too busy ! What happened to service and looking after guests? For the price we paid for 2 x nights (£488) would expect a much higher standard. We feel we have been ripped off. Will never stay in another best(worst) western hotel after this experience. I have already told all of my work colleagues and friends to avoid this place at all costs. |

I liked the location of the hotel, very well situated for Kensington Gardens & an easy journey to the West End of London. Situated in a quiet road, but very near to Bayswater Road. Breakfast was good. |

Excellent location opposite Hyde Park-near to underground station, clean rooms, hotel staff very friendly and willing to help. Although we had booked a room months ago, they gave as a small room on the ground floor at the back of the building with no view at all. The size of the room was much smaller than the room shown in the internet site. We complained and they finally gave as a room on the third floor but again small, with a view at the backyard of the building |

Partly refurbished in 2009, this hotel has free Wi-Fi. It is 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater and Queensway London Underground stations. |
With top service, fine views and 2 restaurants, the Lancaster London sits opposite Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Shopping at Oxford Street and Knightsbridge is within walking distance. |
The refurbished and tasteful Hotel 43 is a few minutes walk from Queensway, Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with the Heathrow Express just round the corner. |
Just a few steps from Hyde Park, this romantic town house has a quiet yet central location on a tree-lined square near to Paddington Station. |
