Great thanks to the hotel staff, they always were very helpful. The hotel itself is situated in a center, denovated, very modern. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when we will go to london.

Beautifully refurbished throughout during Summer 2011- very modern and stylish. Very good choice and standard of breakfast included in the room rate, for which many competitors charge extra. Quiet, smart location, but really handy for local neighbourhood amenities, partic. Buses & tube at Lancaster Gate. Some rooms are very small for a double. Staff were rather impersonal, although helpful.

Nothing A poor, tired, shabby, overpriced hotel, demanding to much money just because of its location, rooms are small, decor is tired and dated. No double glazing in rooms no you get a lot of traffic noise. On arrival they could not allocate me a room because their system was down, they gave me a room, I was then twice interupted by hotel staff, checking if there was anyone in the room. Breakfast was poor with over cooked dried out food on the self serve buffet, and I had to ask twice to get a normal pot of tea, each time I was just brought a cup of hot water as they seemed to lack the basic language skill to understand what I wanted.

Accommodation was excellent. Rooms well serviced and high specification. Reception staff exceptionally good and very professional. Location of hotel to our event venue was great and having parks in close proximity made for a good trip.

It is comfortable to live here and we are serviced very well. The faculty is very frirendly. The room is a little small. For we lived in Premier Inn for a night at 8 May and its room is larger then Best Western Morington Hotel.

Very convenient location. Clean spacious room and quiet. The included breakfast was ok and suited us. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. The room was a bit too warm to sleep with the quilt on but cold without it and the was no other option.

It was close to Paddington Station. The rooms and ambiance are not as advertised. No help with luggage. Dark and dingy little rooms. Carpeting worn and stained. There are so many other places to stay at the same price that there is no reason for anyone to stay here!!

It was very clean and updated, linens were good and so was bed. Flat screen TV. The breakfast was very good. We needed an early check in and they were very accomodating. The bathroom was very small, when you sat on the toilet, you hit the sink. The beds were a rolling type on the hard wood floor. Moved around a lot, when you leaned against the headboard, you rolled away from it - hard to sit up in bed and read or watch tv. Also the window rattled in the wind at night, kinda noisy, but the hotel was on a very quiet street so outside noise was minimal.

The hotel is nice and clean, and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also good. The rooms are very clean and of high standard. On my first stay there we had a large room with a nice view, both of which are rare I understand for UK hotels.

Location was good. The room I had was in the underground level, the size of the room was so small with only one tiny window it was like a dungeon. There was wifi in the hotel but not reachable in my room so I spent most the time sitting in the lobby doing my work. The worse part was the tv did not work, a staff came down took a quick look and said too bad. A tiny room with no internet reception and a non-functioning tv, it was very disappointing. On checkout, I advised the front office staff about my experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The staff was great. The room was quite compact but very efficient. The highlight was the breakfast - much better than I was expecting. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Breakfast every morning included: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, muffins, rolls, toast, cereal, fruit, and fresh-squeezes juices.

Staff were very attentive, the night porter sorted a pizza out for me in the early hours which was definately needed! Breakfast was really good quality The room even though it was a small room in the basement was superb, well laid out, comfortable and exactly what I need when I am in London.

“I live in Australia and stayed in 14 hotels in 4 weeks in Europe and London. The Park Grand London Paddington was by far the best hotel I stayed at in this time. The reception was excellent, the room was outstanding and the location was the perfect distance from the train station. Congratulations to the hotel for it's service and staff which were outstanding.” Elaine, The Vines |
