Best Western Mornington Hotel  

Great thanks to the hotel staff, they always were very helpful. The hotel itself is situated in a center, denovated, very modern. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when we will go to london.

It is comfortable to live here and we are serviced very well. The faculty is very frirendly.

The room is a little small. For we lived in Premier Inn for a night at 8 May and its room is larger then Best Western Morington Hotel.

It was close to Paddington Station.

The rooms and ambiance are not as advertised. No help with luggage. Dark and dingy little rooms. Carpeting worn and stained. There are so many other places to stay at the same price that there is no reason for anyone to stay here!!

This is my first time to London. I choose best weston because location is very good. The room is clear, but sound insulation very bad. I can hear my neighbour, corridor even they walk one small step.

Location, staff, breakfast, rooms, facilities were excellent. Very comfortable for a solo traveller

Location! Few minutes walk to Hyde park, tube station. Walking distance to Padington railway station. Friendly staff. Lovely library bar in the lobby. Fast wi-fi

Breakfast was absolutely the same all 7 days of stay and with very law choice.

Quiet and good location 3 min walk to Lancaster gate tube, manager and staff were great and very helpful, modern rooms small but this is usual in London, great breakfast, free WiFi, late checkout, would definitely stay again.

Location was good.

The room I had was in the underground level, the size of the room was so small with only one tiny window it was like a dungeon. There was wifi in the hotel but not reachable in my room so I spent most the time sitting in the lobby doing my work. The worse part was the tv did not work, a staff came down took a quick look and said too bad. A tiny room with no internet reception and a non-functioning tv, it was very disappointing. On checkout, I advised the front office staff about my experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Everything was fine. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

I stayed in hotel with my parents. This was my 3rd stay and as I have benn satisfied I chose this hotel again. Location, cleannes and price are very good. The breakfast was also very good. I will come again.

Close to Hyde Park, Close Lancaster Gate tube station, 7 mins walk to Paddington Central Station, Quiet area, Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Twin room is very small and can barely walk in it, The Beds move around, The beds are too narrow, No Shower Gel, No Ventilation, There was a heater thing hanging on the bathroom wall next to the shower, room, always get burnt by it, Breakfast is horrible, and the food is not accommodating for non-Christians, Room was too warm, and was not helped when asked to start the a/c Photos listed online for the room are deceiving
