Excellent service - staff very professional, responsive and accommodating

Space is a bit tight like in most hotels in London

Nice looking hotel, well appointed and good size rooms, cozy size, nice and helpful staff.

I was put in one of the basement rooms and it was quite loud starting in the early morning. I think the room might be located below a staff service area and there was quite a bit of noise in the morning making it hard to sleep. Next time I would simply ask to be placed in a different room.

It was nice and quiet, relaxing amostphere.

rooms are very small unless you have the larger rooms. too many stairs!

The staff is the best I have ever experienced. Very friendly and service minded. The hotel is perfectly situated, quiet, has excellent beakfast and is wallet-friendly. I will definately stay in the same hotel next time I visit London.

This hotel makes for a very easy recommendation. The room (a Comfy room) was not overly large, but still a good size. The interior was modern but also quite charming. Onto the essentials: The room was quiet, the quality of the bed and bedding was excellent, the bathroom was fit to a high standard, and the shower was clean and spacious. I would recommend it unreservedly at the promotional price I paid to stay (under £100), but also at the normal rate. In either case it is a bargain considering the location, and the fact that one can easily pay twice as much for a room half as good in this part of London. If Montagu Place is in your budget and the location suits you, staying here is a no-brainer to be perfectly honest.

the beds are really too small,for a person of 1.90m tall,please do something,make that some rooms have a king size bed. Breakfast needs a bigger oven to warm up the croissants,waiting time is too long

Very good location for west end and for the offerings of Marylebonne shops and restuarants. I liked the townhouse atmosphere of this small hotel. It felt safe, quaint, and hospitable. While the rooms are not large,but then again NOT tiny, they were appointed very nicely. The bedding was excellent and very comfortable. The room stylsh and quiet. I had a nice town view from my window. All in all very satisfied- good value and would stay there again.

Was fine for me, but for others not being a full service hotel in so far as a bar and full service restuarant may be a drawback. Breakfast IS served in a dining area, and there is a small bar attached to the checkin area. Not a lot of private common space nor is there a lift. However, i did not find that any of the above detracted from my lovely stay. The location is FiLLED with great restuarants and cafes.

The location, more than 10 minutes walking to underground - marble arch or marylebone

For a small hotel it is great that it has a little bar. So when u get back from Oxford street that is only a 10 min walk away u can have a glass of wine!

The location - within walking distance of Marylebone railway station, Marylebone high street and Oxford street. Brilliant spot in London! Very comfy bed, Molton Brown products, fresh plunger coffee,small and welcoming place to stay in the big city. Also I got a good deal/price with Booking.com

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a lovely, comfy room on an upper floor. This time I was in a basement room (and I do understand that the hotel was busy and as a town house, there are a couple of rooms in the basement), however, I didn't like being down there with no view. There was also a lot of noise and walking overhead.

The age starts to show in the bathroom with some marks and leaks. Nothing outrageous but if nothing is done it will not get better by miracle.

Great little town house hotel, great location in a wonderful area at a great price and amazing staff. What more can you ask for?

There is no elevators or escalators as its a listed building. If you are over weight / not fit and / or with heavy luggage it's probably not going to work for you.

Good Location.

The bed was very small, and the duvet was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The heating / aircon unit was loud.
