The hotel has a poor quality in all levels [except the Molton Brown toiletries]. The room where I stayed was small with a very small bath. The worst thing that I have experience in this hotel was the rooms are not well isolated from eachothers where I heard all night the foot steps of the floor above. Didn't sleep all night. Definitely it is not recommended. The rates are completely misaligned with the quality of the Hotel. |

Townhouse hotel with private atmosphere and calm surroundings. In walking distance to tube station Baker Street (closest) and Oxford Street/Hyde Park if you're in for shopping. The shower and the bed are excellent. Even for small people, the "comfy rooms" are somewhat small. Breakfast is of good quality but "regular". |

Was in a cheap room but was impressed with its size Was offered an upgrade on arrival, at extra cost. That's fine, but being a small hotel and having arrived reasonably late in the day and for just one night, I'd have thought it might have been an idea to just upgrade us anyway and therefore have the cheaper room available for anyone who walked in - more likely that they would stay if they had a cheaper room on offer. |

Very nice hotel in quiet area. Location easy to get to from tube. Front desk very pleasant and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and well designed. free WIFI a big plus and makes a difference when other fancy hotels charge a fortune for this. Bed was a bit small for 2 persons. Shame, when the room is so large :-) |

Very smart and classy small hotel which also felt homely. Hotel is in nice location close to tube, regent park and marylebone high street with good selection of shops, cafes' bistros'. Staff were very friendly and polite, paid for a fancy room and was upgraded to swanky room which was fantastic, large bed and bath. Room was spotless and nicely furnished. |

Great little boutique hotel; manager is outstanding. He completely exceeded our expectations in addressing a special request that we had made while we were guests. Very good value for London, well-maintained and quiet. |

The hotel is closed to Oxford street and Selfridges - Good selection of restaurants nearby. The TV reception was bad - Only few channels available |

Range of take away menu offerings - it was nice for a hotel to offer this facility as a lone traveller I normally like to go for room service rather than eating alone in a restaurant. |

Noisy - Although there were no road or external noises in our 1st floor room, we were disturbed by people in the room above walking around. There appears to be poor sound insulation between floors. |

Very smart and clean. Very comfortable. My only critism would be that the room was very small and very near the room next door (there seemed to be an interconnecting door) and therefore the soundproofing was dreadful. At times it felt like we were sharing a room with next door. |

I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff kept their distance unless needed. It was a lovely place to relax after a hectic day being a tourist. The rooms were spotless and the tea and coffee were well stocked in the rooms at all times. |
