Best Western Montague Hotel  

I liked the fact that the staff were very friendly and informed us well of everything we would need to know. Also letting us know that there would be someone at reception at all times if we needed anything. Brekfast was relaxed not rushed, plenty to choose from and great for the price. Location was perfect for us we watched a show and next morning went shopping and to the beach. All in walking distance.

Not enough carpark spaces.

The price is good, the location is excellent and within easy reach of bars/restaurants etc The rooms were spotless and of a good standard. All the staff I sopke to were helpful and courteous. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends/family

Parking facilities were limited

A very average 3 star, decore is ok but the bar and other amenities are way below average not worth a return

Very friendly staff, and rooms were very clean. Good location for the beach and shops etc.

Hotel states in its overview comment book which are in each room, that due to the age of the building some of the floor boards do creak, but they think this is part of the charm of the building. We thought that it was a noise that could be cured at minimal cost and this would make this hotel even better, and defiantly quieter than it is, as the creaking of the floors when someone above you is moving about, and this does disturb you when you are trying to sleep.

Friendliness of the staff and how clean the room was.

Lovely hotel with great staff. The room was spotless and spacious. I could not find a fault. The breakfast was far better than all the hotels I have stayed in over the past few years. I could highly recommend this hotel.

Location was very good for the purpose of our visit. The lounge area was very comfortable.

Breakfast was little chaotic, but the food was good.

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Made to feel very welcome. All of the hotel was clean,tidy and fresh. Food was good. Bedrooms were comfortable and whole experience was excellent. Will definately recommend to others and stay again.
