The staff were excellent and so accomadationg/friendly/helpful - just brilliant. After a long flight delay we arrived well after midnight and were made to feel welcome and right at home. The hotel is unique, beautifully decorated inside and has an excellent breakfast and afternoon tea. The location is excellent for shopping, access to major train lines, sight seeing in London, and is in a lovely side of London. The rooms were a little small, but this is normal of London. All in all a very pleasant weekend stay, a 10 out of 10. |

The location to the city and various tube stops was fantastic. Also, there was much to see and many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was just a bit small. |

I thought the staff were excellent ,from concierge to bar staff nothing was too much trouble to them. I also loved the fresh flowers everywhere. I found the bedrooms very tight for space and asked for an upgrade just to get more space. There was too much furniture in each room. Food left in room early evening which we never ate.I think to save waste guests should be asked if they wish this rather than presume that they do. |

Pretty well everything. I got the date of the booking wrong, and they sorted that efficiently, the 'single' room they offered at a lower rate had a double bed and would have been a double in any other London hotel, the facilities were excellent, the room spotless and the staff pleasant and keen to help. The dinner was excellent, although the service was slow - exactly an hour until I got my starter -so I wasnt charged for a second glass of wine (I hadnt complained at that point, so that was good customer service).Overall, a pleasant stay in a clearly well managed hotel. |

Great location, cannot get any closer to the British Museum and a stone-throw away from the West End. Friendly and helpful staff - great attention to detail in service. |

The staff were efficient, pleasant and very helpful with everything. Even our rooms were ready before time. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in such a great location. The room was a little small but very well furnished and the bed was so comfortable I found it difficult to get up! |

The staff was superlatively attentive but not intrusive, the location was quiet yet quite central, and the room and hotel facilities were both extremely nice. There is no question that Bloomsbury is an upscale neighborhood, and this hotel fits in beautifully. If we had engaged less than a Bloomsbury Deluxe King, I think we might have been a bit cramped. This is a Georgian town house converted to a hotel, and the space is less than in chain hotels. Smaller furniture might help with a sense of space. The decor of the rooms is very elegant, and everything was clean, neat, and in perfect working order. We were very satisfied with our stay. |

The staff are the most helpful I have met, nothing was too much bother. The hotel is very clean and well alid out. Whilst sitting in the bar, they were having their piano re-tuned which was rather annoying and if it had been outside opening hours I would have understood however it was lunchtime. |
