Unglaublich laute Zimmer - und unseres Zimmer war zum Hof! Zimmer und Bad sind super winzig. Waschbecken kleiner als eine Hundeschüssel. Frühstück sehr basic. Ofizielle check-out time - 11 Uhr wird offensichtlich nicht seriös eingehalten - Gast, erwarte jederzeit einen Besuch vom Personal. Das Gepack steht unbeobachtet einfach im Treppengang.

Gute Lage in Nähe Tube, Bus und Zentrum

Sehr kleines Bad, Frühstück ziemlich mager (2 Scheiben Toast und Marmelade, Kornflakes, Tee und Kaffee)

Die zentrale Lage. Undergroundstation, 24h-Supermarkt & jede Menge Lokale in der Nähe.

Die Mitarbeiter vor allem im Frühstücksrestaurant könnten freundlicher sein!

Easy walk to Royal albert Hall - clean and fresh room in fact the whole hotel

To be honest nothing except the location.

The en suite facitity was poor. The bedcover and blankets really need cleaning. The towels were of a poor quality. For these reasons alone I would not call the room deluxe.

hotel services were not good bar closed quite early 11.30 pm which I was disapointed about, as after going out to see a show I would have liked to have relaxed with a nice glass of wine which was not available

this hotel did for us what we wanted it for and the staff were helpful and friendly

the fact that a full english breakfast was not included

staff were good and easy to talk to moved us to another room when we told them bathroom was cold

central heating didnt like the warm air system bathroom cold

in my booking it claimed that breakfast is included, they did not agree with that

The location of the Hotel was ideal for restaurants and underground. It was also handy for The Royal Albert Hall and the National Museum,

The bathroom was very small and there were no facilites for making a hot drink in the room.

Our Spacious Double room was actually a rather cramped triple room overlooking the airconditioning units. The recent refurbishment did not run to the bathroom which was rather down at heel. Everthing did work but the bath side was cracked, the bathroom cabinet old and dirty, no bath mat, no toiletries (although reception, when we were checking out, did say there were some if we had asked!!). The inclusive continental breakfast was a selection of juices, cereals and mainly tinned fruit followed by poorly toasted thin sliced bread with butter and jams. Coffee was also included but no hams, cheeses, croissants, breads etc that you would expect with a continental breakfast. Ok for 1 Night Stay

This hotel is very conveniently sited for the Gloucester Road underground station, the Kensington museums and a good centre from which to reach other places in London
