The Montana Hotel

メトロの駅からすぐのところにあり、立地はとても良く、ハロッズまでは徒歩圏内です。近くにスーパーや、ロンドンには珍しい美味しいパン屋さん（PAUL）あり。滞在したシングルルームはスーツケースをあけられる程度の狭さでしたが、机、洋服ダンス、小さい棚等、家具も整っています。建物は古いせいか、やや壁も薄く、床も少し傾いている（？）気がしましたが、改装しているのか部屋も水周りも清潔でした。朝食は、至って簡素。パン、シリアル、ジャム、紅茶、コーヒー、ジュースのみです。ただし、追加料金でイングリッシュブレックファーストも可でした。

The staff were courteous, obliging and very helpful. The room was clean and quiet in spite of over looking Gloucester Road.

The room had a single bed and a double bed in it which made moving about in the room difficult, although we had only booked a double room. The bathroom was small but adequate and the floor became slippery when the shower was used. No bath mat provided.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was in the center of London close to the tube station and the Hyde park, Imperial College.

It had a pleasant ambience and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good value too.

Free wireless internet, good location - close to Tube, pub and shops. Hotel is noiseless and clean.

Extremely small bathroom! Breakfast - it's better go eat out.

Very clean, nicely decorated, very reasonable restaurant, beds very comfortable.

Initial welcome could have been friendlier, although service afterwards was friendly.

The location close to the Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, and its proximity to the London Underground.The whole area around the hotel was very cosmopolitan and interesting.

The only things I could fault were the basin iin the bathroom, which would not drain away, without me having to manually ease the plug out, (and which I failed to report, and the hiccup over my bill and someone elses, which caused the guy on reception to panic, until we returned from our shopping trip to Harrods!

Convenience for Gloucester Road tube station is the best I can come up with in favour of this hotel.

Dis-interested staff; laughable lift; box room; toilet is a plastic cubicle room squeezed into the bedroom and without doubt the worst shower I have ever experienced - a dripping tap would have been more pleasurable; breakfast cheap and grim. Apart from that it was fine?!?

The staff were very helpful, the room and bathroom were spotless but the decor was shabby and could do with a refurbishment.

The breakfast was poor, very cheap white bread for the toast, turned to cotton wool in your mouth. Limited choices of cereals, little fresh fruit, fruit juice like water. No choice of tea's, used our own tea bags

The location was excellent for access to the tube in London. Very nice area. Breakfast included. All around it was an excellent experience. This hotel was one of the very few that offered a room for 3 people, and as we were traveling with our adult daughter, this was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. It was great!

well presented hotel and very clean. Felt the room we were in was very small (112) but it had every thing you needed.
