A localização, junto à estação de Gloucester Road. O serviço de quartos devia ser melhorado (os quartos são limpos, mas é necessário pedir toalhas adicionais e outros items necessários todos os dias. |

Da localização do hotel, do conforto das camas e principlamente o facto de termos internet gratuita . Deveriam melhorar o pequeno almoço, variando e introduzindo frutas e iogurtes. Sete dias só com torradas e compotas é muito pouco. |

Bem situado na cidade. Não estava a espera que fossem tão pouco flexiveis quanto ao check out,foi um bocado xato termos de deixar as malas no lobby, mas ao menos sempre permitiram isso. |

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was in the center of London close to the tube station and the Hyde park, Imperial College. |

Free wireless internet, good location - close to Tube, pub and shops. Hotel is noiseless and clean. Extremely small bathroom! Breakfast - it's better go eat out. |

Good location, clean well decorated rooms. Lukewarm low pressure shower, no shampoo/ shower gel. Frosty reception staff. |

The location close to the Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, and its proximity to the London Underground.The whole area around the hotel was very cosmopolitan and interesting. The only things I could fault were the basin iin the bathroom, which would not drain away, without me having to manually ease the plug out, (and which I failed to report, and the hiccup over my bill and someone elses, which caused the guy on reception to panic, until we returned from our shopping trip to Harrods! |

Convenience for Gloucester Road tube station is the best I can come up with in favour of this hotel. Dis-interested staff; laughable lift; box room; toilet is a plastic cubicle room squeezed into the bedroom and without doubt the worst shower I have ever experienced - a dripping tap would have been more pleasurable; breakfast cheap and grim. Apart from that it was fine?!? |

Booked for location , near to Tube and Royal Albert Hall, Hyde park. In this respect the choice was excellent . Bathroom was very small - It was barley adequate in size - Larger bathrooms would be a huge improvement |

The staff were very helpful, the room and bathroom were spotless but the decor was shabby and could do with a refurbishment. The breakfast was poor, very cheap white bread for the toast, turned to cotton wool in your mouth. Limited choices of cereals, little fresh fruit, fruit juice like water. No choice of tea's, used our own tea bags |

The location was excellent for access to the tube in London. Very nice area. Breakfast included. All around it was an excellent experience. This hotel was one of the very few that offered a room for 3 people, and as we were traveling with our adult daughter, this was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. It was great! |
