My twin room was decorated to a high standard and really comfortable for an overnight stay. It contained a double and a twin bed. the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was extra a ta whopping £19.95 for continental!! there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room |

Closeness to tube and Oxford Street etc The room we were put in was next to the lifts so as soon as other guests were up and about, the lift woke us up and continued to keep us awake. Also, there were no buscuits with the tea and nothing in the mini bar!! |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite expensive and the hotel wasn't really prepared I think. But this is typical British. The city itself offers plenty of typical British pubs to have breakfast. |

Good location. Quiet. Unfortunately the staff were miserable and let down the hotel. From check in to check out there was not one smile. Our room was not ready at 4:30pm and there was no apology/urgency even when we made it clear that we had an engagement to get to. It is a shame that a good hotel was let down by its check in staff. |

We were made to feel very welcome. At least once every day a member of staff would ask us if everything was OK with our room, if we had everything we needed, etc. We felt very well looked after. |

Ideal location, quiet for a central London hotel Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff - about the worst I have ever experienced, and totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel |

The position of the hotel The 'queen size' bed was far too small for two people. |
