location. we booked a double room but got a twin, we booked a non smoking room but given a smokers room. When we reported these issues we were told housekeeping would sort out a double bed which did not happen and housekeeping would air freshen our room due to the strong smell of stale smoke, this also did not happen. We were not charged for 1 can of coke from the mini bar to compensate for the room. Poor |

Friendly staff. Very close to Marble Arch tube station. Nice location, well sized rooms. Very English although everything has a japanese translation underneath. Interior is starting to look a bit "used". |
