the hotel was very clean and central to requirements it was quite a hike up narrow staircase to room with no offer of assistance with baggage .considering the amount of people their wereat breakfast i think the bar the previous night should of had some draught beer for sale not only bottles. |

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their help. The room we had was very comfortable and luxurious with a four poster bed. We had wonderfuk sea views. The breakfast was excellent and catered for alll tastes. Good value for money It would have been good to have dinner there but there were not enough people to warrent it in November. |

the view was amazing, well worth climbing the three flights of stairs to my room! no heating, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, which was also discolured, registration details left on the reception desk for any one to view, clearly showing I was a lone female and my room number, not put away at any time. breakfast started at 8.30am, not early enough for a business travellor. friendliness of the male receptionist/owner was lacking, see other quotes. |

We found the hotel to be very clean. The owners were friendly and had a good knowledge of the area. Although we were in a room at the front, it was quiet and we slept well. We reckon we had the best room in the hotel but we're not letting on which one as we may never get it again! It was a bonus that we managed to get one of the 4 parking spaces. If you didn't get a parking space you would struggle to park as there is a 90 minute ruling on the spaces along the front. |

we stayed in the Cumberland end of the hotel which we found tastfully decorated a few repairs were going on which is to be expected after the summer rush these in no way encoched on our stay .The staff were lovely very friendly you could tell it was a family run affair which was great the room was very spacious with a nice table in the bay window which gave a great sea view .The room its self was spotless . The hotels a stones throw from the promanarde the shops and the Theatre (which was our reason for staying) we will return without a doubt the stairs leading up to the frount were slippy and i think should be on the next repair list but if this if my only complaint then i think im probley just looking for somthing to right |

The breakfast was superb and was served quickly and efficiently. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. This hotel offers excellent value for money and we will definitely return there when we visit Llandudno again. |

Staff were friendly and breakfast well cooked. Room on 3rd floor small and would have been better with a single bed. No offer of assistance carrying bag to room. I could not see any fire evacuation information and was a bit concerned. From the website the cost looked reasonable but adjoining hotels offered rooms for much less. |
