Room was very cold on arrival. Thermostatic radiator did take that edge off eventually
Perfect room loved the bed very clean
Shame no bath
Been going to Llandudno for last 5 years, this is the best hotel i have stayed in. Lovely seaview room' nice comfy bed, friendly staff & breakfast was excellent, will be booking again:)!!!!!
Location, close to Great Orme and town centre. Lovely view of the Bay.
Idiosyncratic valve on the hot water system for the bath and shower. The window had been left open and heating off in the room before we arrived so it was cold.
Breakfast was good.
Strange choice of décor, met with a large naked portrait and so many knick knacks and ornaments I felt like we were staying in a seaside trinket shop. The room was on the bottom floor right next to the reception desk, so noise was an issue. I may as well slept on the floor the bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and unheated......I presume if you paid the extra and stayed in their better rooms you may even get a bed that is comfortable and wifi (sign on the door says wifi) its all locked down with no password. All in all it would have been shambolic if it hadn't have been for the show we were visiting. Oh and don't email them, they do not respond.

Spotless! A mix and match of decor and room was a little dated, however very clean, the staff were lovely. Wonderful location. Breakfast was fab.
Nothing much. Just a little dated
Close to beach and local pubs and shops. Hotel bar well stocked.
Bedrooms small but adequate. Beds small for anyone 6ft or over tall. Breakfast ends at 9.30am even on a Sunday.
staff were very curtious and made us most welcome! breakfast was to die for! went for a week-end break enjoyed walking around LLandudno, shopping and eating out, some lovely eating places and lively pubs, in all a nice hotel.
room was a little on the small side, bed was a bit hard
The staff were very friendly and helpful, a good choice of breakfast, everything was freshly made and tasted great.
Breakfast was fantastic
Bed and room too small
The room was very clean with lots of hot water in the shower. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Having to go home
Friendly welcome, warm furnishings, wonderful location.
Poor shower and breakfast fiasco which would have done credit to Fawlty a Towers!
Was made to feel very welcome, great breakfast.
I'm always made welcome by Tess and Ian when visiting Llandudno. The bedroom was clean and welcoming and I had a great night's sleep. The best part as always was the breakfast. Made and served professionally and devoured by myself leaving nothing but an empty plate. Right across the road from the pier and local amenities, so in terms of location this is where you want to be when visiting - be aware limited parking at back like most hotels in the area, but there are plenty more spaces a short walk away. All in all a very enjoyable trip and I shall be back again,
Very personable owners/staff. Great location and would definitely stay there again
In a great postion, lovely sea view from our bedroom, amazing breakfast, staff very friendly, the room & bathroom were immaculate, the hotel has a great eclectic mix of furniture which all blends together to give this hotel a wonderful charm, will definately be returning.

cleanliness - congratulations on this! the guest hotel had a nice feel about it and because of that most other (positive) things follow!
can't think of anything. Not helpful I know!
Breakfast was fantastic and within easy walking distance of all amenities.
Nothing - it was great.
