The bed room. Just make sure you book a luxury room. standard rooms are a bit smaller
Very comfortable and pleasant hotel
Great location, clean & tidy. Very nice breakfast.
Location brilliant, room lovely. Breakfast good.
On arriving waited 15 mins, were not shown to,our rooms, not very good mannered staff. Upgraded room!! Lights fused , hair dryer broke, no gowns, no info book about hotel or wi fi. Poorly managed.
Location by the sea front is nice but lack of close parking. Breakfast was nice and complimentary
Non-proactive staff (had to take my own bags to room and not even shown to room), small room, small bathroom, no Wi-Fi password given. We phoned staff where to park and wasn't given an answer
The room was clean ,the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb.would defiantly stay here again.
Location .staff .great breakfast
The stairs .No lift but kept me fit
Came for a few days for new year had a brilliant time.
Just a shame my room hadn't got a view
Sea view, large comfortable room and excellent breakfasts. Close to pier, promenade and main shopping street.
Limited car parking facilities
central location, good staff, friendly owner and a place with some character.
no draught beer
Location was good
Uncomfortable bed Cold bathroom Lots of stairs no lift Car park view with smokers
Everything was thought of one main thing is always cleaners and it was the best yet fantastic, blast was fab, they even made a evening buffet the hotel's packed so that says it all.
Great sea view from our bedroom Comfortable bed, cosy room Relaxing lounge Friendly staff Good, hearty, filling breakfast with plenty of choice
Would have like a bit of fruit and some nuts too at breakfast (but this is a minor point)
We thought the breakfasts were excellent and the room was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the seafront.
We did feel that the steps leading up to the front entrance to the Cumberland part of the hotel were not wide enough, unlike those leading up to the front entrance to the Montclare part and I stumbled on the first time I used them.
Very traditional room decoration. We have been upgraded to stay in the better room type without extra charge. Location is very close to the seaside. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The wifi is not fast enough.
good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and well equipped.

Room was very cold on arrival. Thermostatic radiator did take that edge off eventually
Perfect room loved the bed very clean
Shame no bath
Been going to Llandudno for last 5 years, this is the best hotel i have stayed in. Lovely seaview room' nice comfy bed, friendly staff & breakfast was excellent, will be booking again:)!!!!!
Location, close to Great Orme and town centre. Lovely view of the Bay.
Idiosyncratic valve on the hot water system for the bath and shower. The window had been left open and heating off in the room before we arrived so it was cold.
Breakfast was good.
Strange choice of décor, met with a large naked portrait and so many knick knacks and ornaments I felt like we were staying in a seaside trinket shop. The room was on the bottom floor right next to the reception desk, so noise was an issue. I may as well slept on the floor the bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and unheated......I presume if you paid the extra and stayed in their better rooms you may even get a bed that is comfortable and wifi (sign on the door says wifi) its all locked down with no password. All in all it would have been shambolic if it hadn't have been for the show we were visiting. Oh and don't email them, they do not respond.

Spotless! A mix and match of decor and room was a little dated, however very clean, the staff were lovely. Wonderful location. Breakfast was fab.
Nothing much. Just a little dated
