It was far too hot in the room and as it was raining during the our stay, we were kept awake all night with water dripping very loudly onto canopy below us!! |

The bed! Nothing, it was a nightmare, music was thumping until 1am, my room situated about this function, and having my 3 year old not gettin any sleep because of this made things worse, why out us in a room above the function room when they know we hve a child with us, then to top it off, next door were having loud sex which my child listened too, it's was a complete put off! |

Shower was very small. Hotel rooms are in need of a refurbishment as they are looking very dated. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. |

it was good value for money. however location for manchester city centre was not great, taxis can take a while to arrive and can be expenisve into town. not a good location for people planning to go into town late at night in this sense. takes about 20mins to half an hour to get into town on the bus. staff friendly and room clean.important to book private taxis through operater if using them late at night rather than flag them down as they pass. |

The convenience for the purpose for the event for which we had come. The excellent value and very enjoyable food in the restaurant and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Comfortable and very clean beds, towels, etc. The room (all the rooms we have ever stayed in there) are very cramped and in need of some renovation. If I were recommending the hotel I would feel obliged to explain this at the time. |

Very disorganised at breakfast. Was very expensive for the quality of hotel - which was pretty basic ( £90 for double room including breakfast ). Having booked it a week before, I then found out I was unable to cancel without being charged the full amount - this wasn't very clear on the website page where it said the normal policy was to allow cancellations at no cost so long as you gave 24 hours notice |

Staff are very friendly. Rooms was quiet and bed (although a little narrow) very comfy The decor ... where do I start?! Shocking! Bathroom smellt weird but everything seemed pretty clean. It just all looks grubby because the hotel looks like it was last renovated in 1950 - and not in a pretty, nostalgic way!!! However, £34 per night and within a £13 taxi ride from picadilly so can't complain |

The hotel was very close to the area in which I was working the next day. The hotel was very dated, noisy, and could have been cleaner. |

The best bit about the hotel was most definitely the bed, it was the most comfortable bed, with lovely fluffy pillows and duvet, i didn't want to leave that bed!! I needed to check out of my room really early and even at 5am staff on reception were friendly. The hotel does look very dated but not out of place with other buildings in that area. |

The staff were very helpful in getting me a taxi into the city and were very helpful in giving me bus travel arrangements There was rubbish in the wardrobe of my room from the previous occupant. The carpets on the stairs were very worn and curling up at the corners. The bar looked very old and dirty and had only a very small supply of different types of lager |

The beds was comfortable all the facilities worked and the staff was friendly. There was a damp mouldy smell in room and dust around the light fittings the decor is also a bit dated but apart from that it was value for money and i would use you again. |
