The shower was very nice The tv did not work as the wall socket did not work amd we couldnt plug it into anywhere esle as the wire was not long enough. It was boiling hot in the room as the radiators were on all the time and not adjustable. The bar shut at 8 oclock because no one was in.

It was a good location for us as we were looking to shop and visit Old Trafford so it was ideal. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with directions and even a choice of resturant. Would definetely reccoment the hotel to young couples.

Staff were 'bored'.... There was no welcoming feel to the place. We had to stand at reception for up to 10mins to get out room key. The residents bar closed at 11pm....

There was not much to praise about this hotel,loud music until eleven pm on the saturday night not much enjoyment for anyone with a young family.The room I had had no doors to the wardrobe, the hot and cold taps on the bathroom wash hand basin would not turn off fully so they had to run all night.My wife went to make a cup of tea but on checking the kettle before filling with water there was a lump of mould in the bottom of the kettle, So our final verdict for this hotel is give it a wide berth.

the hotel was not 5star but value for money the staff on the whole were fine but one in particular Kelly who seemed to be a "jack " or perhaps I should say a" Jill" of all trades was very very helpful and polite, Given the current problems the hotel has they need a little more time to be able to raise their rating. I would stay again Jeff Johns Any problems I may have had I discussed with the Manager and had a successful outcome
