Close to Trafford Centre Dirty, outside very unwelcoming, staff not interested, could be because its in administration and about to become residential care home.

The fact that the money for the booking was debited from my account some 4 days before we got there. On arrival one of the rooms had not been allocted, despite being paid for, the water in ensuite bathrooms was cold, none of my group could get a hot or even indeed a warm shower. Staff on duty on arrival was not very communicative or indeed interested.

Price and near to Trafford Event centre comfy beds Had to move from 1st room -wardrobe door fell off which I fixed but heating was stuck on full and lots of road noise and hole in room door! Second room was better but very tired decor with several lights not working and also dirty - but this maybe because of room change?

Inflexibility on book in time, was going to football and could not access room till after match, even tho the hotel appeared to be empty at midday. Bar closed at 10pm sat night. Horrible black mould on shower tile grouting. Corridor littered with pizza kebab boxes. General couldn't care less attitude, no wonder it is in administration

The location, being not far from Old Trafford Football Ground and also the close proximity of the motorway. The breakfast was fair too although they had run out of bread and eggs for the second morning and someone was sent out to Tesco to buy the necessary provisions. Not a problem though. Shower grout and corners had mould growth and the cleaner did not see to the room for our stay on the second night. The windows hadn't been cleaned for a long time and the window frame was full of mould growth too. Also the tv wall bracket was just about attched to the wall.

The rooms were relatively clean. Unfriendly staff. The receptionist during the day was quite gruff and standoffish. During the evening my girlfriend suffered leg pain. The front desk had no painkillers to offer her. While waiting for a taxi to go to A&E the night receptionist didn't show any concern or care despite my girlfriend waiting in the lobby in full-blown tears. Disgraceful. We learned yesterday that the place is being turned into a residential home in a few months so perhaps that's why the staff don't care. Do yourselves a favour and stay away. There's far better out there.
