Staff and their helpful attitude
The restaurant was not available for dinner and the breakfast buffet was poor. We did not like having to make our own toast and tea. There was a poor selection of fruit in fact, on the second day none was there and we had to ask for it.
Fourth time here now, comfy rooms and good facilities, also nice restaurants nearby if you fancy a wander out in the evening
Very clean, rooms lovely, breakfast excellent, parking on site with a short walk to the high street for shops and food.
Spotlessly clean. Food good and restaurant staff very helpful.
WiFi in bedroom wasn't reliable. Couldn't face time. Bit of a rabbit warren and once checked out had to go around the outside in the rain to cars as didn't have a key for internal doors.
very small room - wonder that fire authorities allow 2 people in such a small room no control of the heat in the room which was unbareable, even with the window open
Nice place rooms fairly small however very clean and we'll maintained, bar food was good, did not try the restaurant In the evening, good breakfast
Too much noise from car park woke me up very early
Bed was comfortable Large shower View of grounds Breakfast
Grounds at rear of building where cars are parked is unkempt and gives a poor impression as you drive in on arriving.
Location & early breakfast.
Very chilled out an relaxed place with lovely gardens.
Room was a little on the small side.
No bar and no food. I think this should have been pointed out to me when I booked.
Quiet location and easy parking.
Room 80 a little small for a couple's use.
great customer service , friendly helpful staff!
Early check out time on sunday
Courteous staff, very tolerant of my oversleeping - maybe it's too comfortable!
Nice setting. Very clean. Good staff.
Small room. Early end to breakfast at 9.00am. Have to vacate room by 10.00am
Bathroom and shower were fantastic. The bed was comfortable comfortable. Superb setting. Breakfast was wonderful.
Bedroom was a bit on the small side, given the price and the door to the bathroom seemed more an after-thought and not to the same standard of the fittings in the rest of the room. Alarm clock was fiddly to use.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar is excellent, good quality food.
We were walking the Thames Path and Moor Hall was an oasis of comfort, hot water, warmth and quiet. A superb place in a delightful village. Breakfast was first class. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
it was a last in booking and all went very smoothly.
We were in the Marlow building and it was quite a hot night so we had the windows open and there was a very noisy what I could only say was a generator.... other wise it was fine
Koi pond Beautiful surroundings
Good parking, good breakfast and ideal for a one night stop over, asked to far away from wedding party due to noise and was accommodated. Got courtesy call to check which was nice
Went to a wedding, let us check in early at 11am rooms recently refurbished to a high standard. Attractive well maintained gardens good breakfast. Staff very helpful and very polite.
Rooms were on the small side and it was a very hot day.
At check-in, the reception staff did not appear to understand how to work the system and create a working room keycard. I arrived at the room (having walked around a long corridor) only to find the electronic room key did not work! I had to leave my bags and go all the way back to reception for him to come and let me in the room with the master room keycard while he figured out the system. Not what you want on after travelling 90 miles on a hot afternoon! Also, the breakfast was poor. I will stay elsewhere next time. The check out staff were very good, but the damage had been done.
